| In the national basic education reform,rural primary schools are the most difficult and weak links,and their teaching conditions are poor compared with those of urban schools.The students’ knowledge base is not solid enough.The lack of good learning environment leads to the weak awareness of participation;Lack of support and cooperation from parents;The existing knowledge and experience of teachers are difficult to be applied in practical work,and the research and attention on classroom management are relatively insufficient,which makes the classroom guidance methods of teachers relatively simple.At present,there are some problems in the classroom participation of rural primary school students,such as the low level of overall participation,or no active participation,etc.The overall enthusiasm of students is not high,and the higher the grade,the more depressing the classroom atmosphere tends to be.The smooth development of classroom activities cannot be separated from the cooperation and interaction of teachers and students.Whether students take the initiative to participate directly affects the classroom effect,and then affects the long-term learning quality of students.Therefore,the main research purpose of this paper is to understand the current situation of classroom participation of senior grade students in rural primary schools,analyze the problems and causes from the perspective of management,and find out solutions and verify the implementation effect through the practice method of action research.This study takes X Primary School in Laizhou as the research sample,conducts a survey of senior students in X Primary School in Laizhou by means of questionnaire survey,and interviews teachers to understand the current status and problems of classroom participation.From the perspective of management,this paper focuses on analyzing the influence of cognition,emotion and behavior on primary school students’ classroom participation,and makes corresponding action plans by consulting relevant materials.Then an action study was conducted,and classroom observation records were recorded at the same time.After one round of research,a questionnaire survey and interview were conducted again to analyze the process and results of classroom management strategies applied to the classroom.Through comprehensive analysis,the author draws relevant conclusions and makes judgment and evaluation.According to the analysis results,the action plan will be adjusted and the next round of action research will be conducted.Finally,the paper concludes that effective implementation strategies are put forward to improve the classroom participation of senior grade students in rural primary schools from the perspective of management.The study drew the following conclusions:First,the perfection of the class system is conducive to the construction of the class environment.It improves the inner motivation of students to participate in class,and improves the level of classroom participation and class efficiency.Secondly,the improvement of teacher-student relationship lays a foundation for students’ classroom participation,and the optimization of student-student relationship enhances the effectiveness of group cooperation.Third,the diversity of student participation forms and personalized group settings enhance the enthusiasm of students to participate and make students become the main body of the class.Fourthly,on the basis of grasping the pace of the class,the teacher makes use of effective classroom questioning and interactive evaluation to effectively improve the enthusiasm of students to participate in class. |
