| At present,labor education in our country is weakened and marginalized in school education.School education mostly focuses on "intellectual education" : the school pays too much attention to students’ test scores,and everything is aligned with the scores.Under such an education model,students obtain the training of labor skills and labor habits difficultly,and the students’ living ability is weakened.Many students are hard to form correct labor values because of the lack of school labor education.With the development of the times,our country increasingly needs a group of high-quality laborers who will fight for the cause of socialism for life.Therefore,school labor education is particularly important.Mr.Tao Xingzhi has made outstanding contributions to the education and ideological circles,and he has considered a lot of content related to labor education.Mr.Tao Xingzhi’s labor education thought has a very important guiding significance for the current labor education in our country’s schools.The situation of labor education is not optimistic at present,this article uses the literature research and historical studies.On the one hand,by collecting and sorting out related works and articles of Mr.Tao Xingzhi on education.Its main content is extracted and summarized.On the other hand,based on the literature review,combined with Tao Xingzhi’s labor education thoughts,some suggestions are made for the current labor education practice in our country.First of all,this article analyzes the formation basis and development process of this article through the historical research method.It was discovered that the social environment,Chinese and Western cultures and Mr.Tao Xingzhi’s noble spiritual pursuit were the foundation of his labor education thought.Tao Xingzhi’s labor education thought has experienced three development periods.and "action is the beginning of action".Secondly,deep excavation of the connotation of labor education thought,and concluded that the goal of labor education is to cultivate people with "hand-brain integration".The main content of labor education includes life knowledge and skill education,agricultural production education,and social welfare labor education.It also guarantees the implementation of labor education by opening handicraft courses,creating school-run factories and farms,and carrying out campus construction labor.In the labor education process,it uses teaching methods such as integration of teaching and doing,collective education,and "artist system".Through the exploration of the connotation of Tao Xingzhi’s labor education thought,it is concluded that Tao Xingzhi’s labor education thought has the characteristics of life,popularization,sinicization and lifelong.Reflecting on the problems in the current school labor education practice,it is found that Tao Xingzhi’s labor education thought has many enlightenments to the current labor education practice in our country.This tells us to carry out labor education from multiple channels,and vigorously spread the spirit of labor,it can help students form correct labor concepts,and let teachers lead students,while paying attention to famiy labor education,promoting the development of family and school education. |
