| It is pointed out in the Guidelines for Kindergarten Education(Trial Implementation)that:"Kindergartens should cooperate closely with families and communities,connect with primary schools,make comprehensive use of various educational resources,and jointly create good conditions for children’s development."Make full use of the natural environment and community education resources to expand children’s living and learning space." There are abundant early childhood education resources in the community.Based on this,this study chooses to conduct research on the use of community resources in inclusive kindergartens,which has practical significance both in theory and in practice.In this study,60 inclusive kindergartens in A City were investigated by using questionnaire and interview methods.The results show that the use of community resources in inclusive kindergartens is still in the exploration stage,and there are mainly the following problems:(1)the connotation and extension of community resources are not well understood;(2)Incomprehensive understanding of the utilization steps of community resources.As for the use of motivation,(1)the use of motivation as a starting point of practicality;(2)There is a gap between value orientation and practical behavior.In terms of utilization strategies,(1)the imbalance of resource types limits the utilization areas;(2)the use of monotonous,neglect of children-oriented;(3)The activity is a mere formality and the cooperation between the two parties is superficial.Based on the above problems,the author analyzes the reasons from three levels: kindergarten teachers,kindergarten and society.In view of the above problems and their causes,and then put forward educational suggestions,preschool teachers :(1)to improve the awareness of the use of community resources;(2)Enrich the utilization of community resources;(3)Enhance the utilization capacity of community resources.Kindergarten level :(1)strengthen standardized management,avoid safety risks of community resource utilization;(2)Carry out classified training and build a reward and punishment mechanism for evaluating the use of community resources;(3)To jointly build and share community resource pool and jointly build community resource utilization network.At the social level,(1)improve the community support and supervision system;(2)Build a platform for educational information exchange. |
