| In recent years,with the development of economy and the awakening of people’s political consciousness,more and more citizens are able and willing to participate in social public services.On the other hand,the existing government-dominated social management mode has been unable to meet the requirements of the new market economy and the development of civil society.With the general trend of social development,social organizations gradually begin to rise,develop and grow.Thus it can be seen that social organizations have become the most quickly developing field and also play an irreplaceable in social governance.How to manage them efficiently has gradually become the hot spot of current academic research.People are the first element of productivity,so human resource management naturally become the key of the development of social organizations.However,because of the management system of immature and imperfect,social organizations are facing serious problems,such as staff losing,inefficient function and unreasonable human resource development.To solve these problems,we can find the answers from the perspective of human resource incentive mechanism of social organizations.Taking S International Organization in Beijing as an example,this thesis studies the human resource incentive mechanism of social organizations.Based on the general situation of S organization,and it observes and analyzes the human resource operation mode and incentive mechanism in this organization.Summarizing the problems in the management process at the same time combined with the incentive theory,and optimizing the incentive mechanism of social organizations shall be based on spiritual incentive and material incentive as the core,combined with the target motivation,fully stimulate staffs work enthusiasm and commitment,to establish systemic,relevance,dynamic features of multidimensional dynamic incentive mechanism. |
