With the emergence and rapid development of new generation information technologies such as Internet,Internet of things and cloud computing,smart city with the concept of efficient governance and sustainable development has become an inevitable process of urban evolution in the digital age.However,the practical experience of China’s smart city construction is limited and the theoretical guidance is insufficient.To speed up the construction of smart city,using innovation to drive the construction of smart city is one of the most effective ways.Scientific and technological talents are the core human resources of regional innovation driven development.The agglomeration and innovation effect of scientific and technological talents can accelerate the improvement of regional innovation and development.Scientific and technological talents have become the rigid demand of smart city construction.Strong urban innovation ability is an important advantage for cities to maintain competitiveness in the fierce talent competition environment.Urban innovation ability is the cornerstone of ensuring urban industrial vitality,public service supply and sustainable development.Therefore,when scientific and technological talents choose location,they will consider the strength of urban innovation ability.It can be seen that there may be a strong two-way interaction between the agglomeration of scientific and technological talents and urban innovation ability.Based on this,this paper takes the smart city as the research object,discusses the interactive relationship between the agglomeration of scientific and technological talents and urban innovation ability,and makes an empirical test.Firstly,it combs the previous research on scientific and technological talent agglomeration and urban innovation ability,and defines the connotation of scientific and technological talent agglomeration and urban innovation ability.According to the characteristics of smart city,it defines the composition of smart city innovation capability,namely digital innovation capability,service innovation capability and green innovation capability.Secondly,it analyzes the interactive mechanism between the gathering of scientific and technological talents in smart cities and urban innovation ability,and clarifies the interactive promotion path between them.Then,measure and evaluate the scale and quality of scientific and technological talent agglomeration,establish the evaluation index system of smart city innovation ability,and evaluate the innovation ability of smart city.On this basis,the regression model is used to empirically test the interactive relationship between the two.Finally,this paper puts forward policy suggestions for the interactive development of smart city scientific and technological talent agglomeration and urban innovation ability.This study reveals the influence path of the interactive relationship between scientific and technological talent agglomeration and urban innovation ability in smart cities,in order to provide theoretical and practical guidance for the interactive development of scientific and technological talent agglomeration and urban innovation ability.Bring inspiration to the smart city to attract scientific and technological talents and improve the innovation ability of the city,promote the construction of the smart city,and enhance the talent attraction and competitiveness of the smart city.
