The history of mankind has experienced from agricultural society,industry society to information society,but now society is fully digitized,that is,the era of digitization.On September 15,2020,Jack Ma,the founder of Alibaba,addressed a speech on Smart China Expo.During this speech,digitization was mentioned several times.The epidemic across the world has brought tremendous changes to the world,but the trend of digitization did not.The core of digitalization is to increase research and development,and to decrease the cost of the companies.Every traditional industry has the opportunity to transform into a modern industry with the help of digitalization.It is precisely because of the advent of the digital age that the traditional teaching model has undergone tremendous changes.While primary school teachers enjoy the convenience it brings,they are also facing certain specific pressures and stress.Because of the people faced by elementary school teachers in daily life,every move of daily life may have a long-term impact on teenagers’ lives.Due to the particularity of their profession,elementary school teachers’ job stress should not be neglected.This research firstly describes the connotations,dimensions,and measurement of job stress,thriving at work,work-family conflict,organizational support,family supportive supervisor behaviors,job performance,and job well-being;secondly,the concepts involved in this research are explained one by one,and the challengingobstructive work pressure and job requirements-resource model are used as the theoretical basis to lay a solid theoretical support for the research of this study.Then,through the interview analysis,we have an in-depth understanding and classification of the primary school teachers’ job stress in the digital age.Based on the content of interviews and previous research conclusion,the relationship between variables,a theoretical model and hypothetical model of primary school teachers’ job stress on job performance and job well-being in the digital age are established;then,empirical research methods are used to target the job stress of elementary school teachers in digital age,combined with classic scales,and data analysis software such as SPSS,AMOS and Process are analyzed,tested and verified the impact of job stress on job performance and job well-being.Finally,on this basis,this research provided targeted suggestions at the individual,organizational,and social levels.In the era of the digital age,it mobilizes teachers’ work enthusiasm,adjusts their organizational and leadership styles,and improves the job performance and job well-being of primary school teachers,developing the overall teaching quality of the whole teaching faculty.
