With the quick development of modern technology,the competition of the enterprise is becoming the competition of the enterprise factor,such as knowledge,creativity,management and process,etc.And enterprises’ sustainable development increasingly depends on the talents’ innovation and creativity.In order to gain the competitiveness,enterprises need to gain the knowledge-based creative employees as soon as possible.Therefore,how to motivate their creativity and how to maximize their working enthusiasm have become an urgent problem for enterprise in modern times.S company is a game developing company with a lot of experience of game developing,which is established in 2011.As a commercialized company,S company is facing the rapid change of external market and government policies.Combining with the specific situation of the company and the market,S company decided to adjust its strategy to "create high-quality games" after three-years careful consideration by the management.Therefore,S company need efficient incentive system for R&D staff to support the strategic transformation,facing external change and internal adjustment.This research is related to R&D staff.Firstly,this study tried to summarize the literature’s research conclusions related incentive,R&D staff and strategy transformation at home and abroad,and then present the current situation of S company’s incentive system.Secondly,the study analyzed the existing problem in S company staffs’ incentive system,including material incentive’s system and non-material incentive’s system,through data collection,literature research,interviews and investigation.Finally,this study gives safeguard measures and specific incentive measures,combining relevant theories and the actual situation.The research has a direct guiding role for S Company to modify S company incentive system for R&D staff,which is based on S company’s R&D staff and current incentive system.Meanwhile,hope it also will provide some certain reference for knowledge employees’ incentive system in other Internet enterprises.
