Research On The Construction Of Football Kindergartens In Xi’an

Campus football has been highly valued by the country in recent years.With the in-depth development of campus football,the General Office of the Ministry of Education issued the "Notice on Launching the Pilot Work for Football Kindergartens" in March 2019,officially starting the selection of football-specific kindergartens.Campus football began to extend from the compulsory education stage to preschool education.In August 2019,the Ministry of Education recognized and named 3570 kindergartens nationwide on the basis of independent application by the unit and the approval of all levels of education departments.Since then,campus football has moved from adolescence to childhood.As the only national central city in the Northwest,Xi’an bears important responsibilities in education and culture.It has a large number of educational and cultural resources.In terms of football,it is also a key football city named by the State Council.It plays a leading and exemplary role in the entire northwestern region..Therefore,this paper selects the kindergarten football construction with the youngest participating age group in Xi’an campus football sports for research.This article uses literature method,interview method,field investigation method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method and other methods to compare the basic situation of Xi’an football characteristic kindergarten organization leadership,condition guarantee,curriculum teaching,football culture,training and competition.Comprehensive investigation and analysis,and given measures to promote construction,provide reference for the construction of the kindergarten sports characteristic project,and at the same time provide suggestions for the further development and construction of the football characteristic kindergarten in Xi’an.After investigation and research,the following conclusions are reached:(1)Xi’an football characteristic kindergartens are constructed in accordance with the indicators,have corresponding football venues and infrastructure,and carry out football characteristic practice activities and publicity activities in the park.However,they are too dependent on policies and are not very enthusiastic about independent activities.Leaders should improve their understanding and effective execution ability,contact teachers and parents more,understand their needs,and formulate appropriate activity measures based on the actual situation to ensure the smooth construction of kindergarten football activities.(2)The organization leadership lacks a supervision and evaluation mechanism.The kindergarten leaders do not have a deep understanding of characteristic construction and have not yet formed a perfect organization and leadership method.Most kindergartens have not established a football team,which hinders the construction of the characteristics of kindergarten football.It is necessary to establish a supervision and assessment mechanism as soon as possible,improve the setting of management institutions,form a special management team,formulate a special football special system,implement tasks at various levels,and avoid mutual excuse of responsibility.(3)In terms of conditions guarantee,most kindergarten football teachers are physical education teachers of the school,football is not professional,and the construction of the kindergarten football team is not deeply involved,and there are few opportunities for teachers to go out for training,which is not conducive to the growth of teachers;the curriculum can basically guarantee every There are two physical education classes a week,but the execution of football activities is not enough.In this regard,the frequency of teacher training should be increased,and multi-channel recruitment methods should be adopted to hire professional football coaches or teachers;venue utilization should be increased in the field equipment and facilities,and indoor activity rooms should be increased to ensure the development of football activities in special weather.(4)Parents can guide parents to enter the kindergarten,raise parents’ awareness of football,develop more parent-child football activities,and develop various children’s parent-child interactive programs,and form a special children’s football activity model based on the kindergarten as a platform and jointly built by teachers and parents.(5)Xi’an football characteristic kindergartens can basically carry out corresponding football activities in kindergartens,allowing children to feel the fun of football games,opening up the enlightenment of children’s football sports,developing basic sports skills,and developing football activities for other kindergartens.Played a leading and exemplary role.
