| Since the 19th Party Congress,the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity has been promoted,and the socialization,rule of law,intelligence and professionalization of grassroots governance are important directions of governance promotion,and the participation of community residents in community governance has become a hot issue at present,and the lack of participation of community residents is an important problem faced in community governance.Based on this,this paper tries to take the social work station of H street in Guiyang City as an example and conduct a field study by using the methods of interview and participatory observation in the community.Based on social capital theory,this paper analyzes the effectiveness of community governance by observing the practical process of social work in promoting urban community governance,focusing on the cultivation of community social organizations and the promotion of digital service platforms as important tools in the social work station to enhance the participation of community residents.The results of the study show that social work has achieved certain effectiveness in using digital means to facilitate community residents participation in urban community governance.These include the effective integration of community resources,the cultivation of community organizations,and the improvement of residents participation awareness.However,there are still shortcomings in the practice process.One of them is that the participation of community social organizations declined in the later stage of the project;the other is that the staff turnover of social work stations has affected the effectiveness of community governance.This paper argues that social workers have an important role in promoting urban community governance,of which integrating community resources is the foundation,cultivating community social organizations is the key,and promoting digital service platforms is an important means. |
