| The foundation of national prosperity lies in education,with teachers as the core,and the root cause lies in teaching skills.The level of teaching skills determines the effectiveness of classroom teaching and the quality of teaching,and can reflect the professional standard and teaching ability of teacher educators,which is an important content of the training of the course "Theory and Practice of Physical Education Teaching Skills" for master of physical education.As an important teaching force of the future physical education teaching career,the cultivation of teaching skills of master of physical education is urgently needed.Introduction skills are the teaching skills that a master’s degree in physical education must have to develop into a physical education teacher.Master of physical education masters good classroom introduction skills can not only improve the overall development of professional theory and education teaching level,but also guide and help students to carry out learning activities,cultivate their independent thinking and independent innovation ability,and highlight the important role of combining theory with practice.The teaching case is a vivid combination of theory and practice of physical education classroom introduction skills in the form of educational narrative,which has an important role in solving the practical problems of physical education introduction link,improving students’ basic teaching skills and professional quality of teaching from teacher,and promoting the reform of education and teaching methods,etc.However,the construction of teaching cases is still in an imperfect stage nationwide,and there is a great shortage of existing teaching cases and vague ideas of teaching case development,which urgently need to be studied and developed by scholars.Based on this,this paper takes teaching cases as a kind of teaching medium based on theory combined with practical teaching as a breakthrough in the teaching reform of the course "Theory and Practice of Physical Education Teaching Skills",and mainly studies the development of teaching cases of physical education classroom introduction skills.The paper uses literature,educational observation,survey,interview,case study and mathematical statistics to conduct an in-depth discussion on the determination of the content of indicators,the analysis of existing problems and causes,the development of teaching cases,and the scientific research on the presentation of subsequent teaching cases and the expansion of examples.The following results were obtained from the study.(1)According to the research needs,the author discerns and integrates the concepts of teaching cases of sports classroom introduction skills and sports classroom introduction skills development.(2)This paper constructs the index content of physical education classroom introduction skills,including 3 primary indicators,11 secondary indicators and 49 tertiary indicators.(3)The existing problems of introduction skills in physical education classroom are: incomplete understanding of introduction purpose,too much pursuit of teaching objectives and content delivery;inappropriate grasp of introduction design principles,lacking theoreticality;random and old introduction content,lacking inspiration;single introduction method,lacking novelty;inaccurate control of introduction time,lacking flexibility;confusing introduction language and question design,lacking logic;weak introduction evaluation ability,lacking effectiveness.The existing problems of physical education teaching case development are: teachers’ cognitive ambiguity and insufficient attention;teachers do not have extra energy and time to carry out research;the number of teaching cases is too small and poorly adapted.(4)The development process of the physical education classroom introduction skills teaching case includes five parts: determining the case topic based on the course "Theory and Practice of Physical Education Teaching Skills",collecting and screening the case materials,organizing and analyzing the case materials,compiling the first draft of the case,and revising and improving the case and presenting it.(5)The study developed two teaching cases,"The Road to Improve the Classroom Introduction Skills of Master of Physical Education" and "The Meticulous Design and Flexible Application of Introduction Methods in Physical Education Classroom".(6)Based on the teaching needs of the course,eight examples were developed,including direct introduction method,review introduction method,doubt introduction method,demonstration introduction method,competition introduction method,sports celebrity introduction method,sports spirit introduction method,and value introduction method. |
