Pan Mao-yuan’s Private Higher Education Thought Research In The Perspective Of The Multiple Subjects Of Education Holders

Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China 72 years ago,China’s higher education school running system has experienced the process of gradual transformation from state-owned public schools to diversified schools.In the development stage of popularization of higher education,private higher education has become an integral part of higher education in China.There are two main reasons for this: first,private higher education partially alleviates the problem of insufficient public financial resources;Second,private colleges and universities meet the diversified needs of the market for talents.The healthy and sustainable development of private higher education is inseparable from the guidance of private higher education theory.In this regard,strengthening the research and innovation of private higher education theory is the ideological premise to realize the development of private higher education.Since the reform and opening up,Pan Maoyuan has been devoted to studying and advocating private higher education.Since the reform and opening up,Pan Maoyuan has been devoted to studying and advocating private higher education.Therefore,in the new era,when we study private higher education,we have to explore Pan Maoyuan’s thought of private higher education.In view of this,based on Pan Maoyuan’s diversified view of school running subjects,this paper combs the formation and development,connotation and characteristics of Pan Maoyuan’s thought of private higher education by using the methods of literature and historical research.On this basis,it summarizes its practical value to the development of private higher education in China.Research findings:Firstly,from the perspective of theoretical logic,Pan Maoyuan believes that private higher education not only has its own school running characteristics,but also adapts to the objective economic,political and cultural environment.Compared with ordinary public colleges and universities,private colleges and universities are more flexible in adapting to and meeting the changes of talent demand;In terms of social services,private colleges and universities focus more on serving regional development and local economic construction;In terms of cultural inheritance and innovation,private colleges and universities pay more attention to the inheritance and innovation of school running characteristics.The reason for this is that private higher education does not have the financial support of the government like public colleges and universities.Its sustainable development emphasizes the support of the market environment,and strengthens the internal self-innovation of private colleges and universities,so as to cultivate diversified talents in the marketable talent market,meet the social requirements and expand their own survival and development space.Secondly,from the perspective of practice,Pan Maoyuan believes that private higher education started late,and the existing problems are normal,and these problems can be solved in the follow-up development.From the current situation of the development of private higher education,although the development of private higher education has a certain scale,there are still problems such as unclear positioning,limited funds,low quality,lack of school running characteristics and weak school running foundation.These problems need to be gradually solved by private higher education through accurate positioning,diversification of financing system,improvement of quality assurance system and continuous use of characteristics to develop itself.Based on the above research,it is not difficult for us to find that private higher education is restricted by a certain social,political,economic and cultural,and promotes the development of social,political,economic and cultural.It develops rapidly in the process of social transformation,but there are many problems.These problems are essentially problems in the development.Therefore,how to find effective solutions to the problems is an urgent task for private colleges and universities.Pan Maoyuan,as the pioneer of the thought and theory of private higher education in China,has made a systematic and in-depth study on the connotation,characteristics,positioning,policies and prospects of private higher education,which not only opens up a new field for the research of private higher education,but also guides the direction for the sustainable development of private higher education in China,It also solves the practical problems of private higher education,thus opening up new ideas for promoting the construction of diversified school running subjects.
