| China has become the country with the largest elderly population in the world and is undergoing an increasingly aging process.In order to deal with the acceleration of aging population,vigorously developing education for the elderly is one of the important measures to actively deal with aging population in China.In recent years,with the improvement of social material living standard,education for the elderly is favored by more and more elderly groups,and the news of "hard to find" educational institutions for the elderly emerge in endlessly.Behind the "hard to find",it reflects the increasingly prominent contradiction between the growing learning needs of the elderly group and the supply of educational resources,including the sharp contradiction between the supply and demand of the elderly education teachers.At the same time,the active aging concept of "health,participation and security" emphasizes the concept of active aging and the basis of rights.The development of elderly education is a manifestation of active aging,and the key to the development of the education for the elderly lies in the teachers of the education for the elderly.Therefore,under the background of active aging,the research that pays attention to the development of the urban elderly education teaching staff is not only for the consideration of the national situation with the accelerated aging of the population,but also for the practical problem of the contradiction between the supply and demand of elderly education teachers,and the value guidance of active aging.Based on the above thinking,this study is based on the background of active aging,taking the development of urban elderly education teachers as the research object,using literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method,and conducted research on 9 elderly schools in Yuzhong District,Yubei District and Shapingba District of Chongqing.The elderly education teachers in each elderly school conducted the five dimensions of questionnaire survey to understand the real situation of the development of the urban elderly education teaching staff.At the same time,interviews were conducted among teachers,managers and elderly students in elderly schools,and the problems behind the development of urban elderly education teaching staff were analyzed in combination with the questionnaire survey.On this basis,the analysis finds that under the background of active aging,there are some problems in the development of urban elderly education teaching staff,such as unreasonable structure of elderly education teachers,high mobility of teachers,uneven professional quality of teachers,incomplete teacher training system and inadequate teacher management and security.The reasons for these problems lie in the insufficient attention of the government,the unreasonable teacher selection and employment system,the imperfect teacher incentive mechanism,the imperfect teacher training system and so on.Aiming at the problems existing in the development of urban elderly education teaching staff,through the analysis of the reasons,guided by active aging theory,incentive theory,and human resource management theory,this paper puts forward the countermeasures for the development of urban elderly teaching staff under the background of active aging from the five aspects of teacher selection,incentives,training,management and security.That is to broaden the selection and employment channels to optimize the structure of the elderly education teaching staff;establish an incentive mechanism to stimulate the internal motivation of elderly education teaching staff;improve the training system to improve the professional quality of elderly education teaching staff;strengthen scientific management to promote the development of elderly education teaching staff;strengthen basic guarantees to implement the resource investment of elderly education teaching staff,so as to promote the high-quality development of urban elderly education teaching staff,and realize the sustainable development of education for the elderly. |
