| In October 2021,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council jointly issued “The Opinions on Promoting the High-quality Development of Modern Vocational Education”,in which it states explicitly to innovate teaching modes and methods...to widely adopt project-based teaching,contextual teaching and modular teaching in order to advance a deep integration of modern information technology and education & teaching,moreover,to enhance the quality of teaching in classes.Meanwhile,dominated by the new development paradigm featuring domestic cycle,China takes on the characteristics that the share of domestic demand has been expanding.Accordingly,the marketing management which takes creation as its core is playing a prominent role in a highly competitive market in that the urgent need for enterprises to have high-level marketing skilled personnel is still growing.Marketing,is labeled as both compulsory and fundamentally professional course of marketing major in vocational schools,weighs more in building students’ marketing knowledge systems and developing students’ marketing professional skills.Although the largest amount of teaching approaches that have been used by secondary vocational schools in China today still follows the traditional modes,or rather,mainly focus on pure theory by the teachers in class,which can neither motivate students’ enthusiasm nor initiative in learning.At the same time,most of the assignments given by teachers are theoretical exercises,and the assessment forms in the final examination are mostly paper exams.Consequently,such settings fail to make students have the consciousness of transforming knowledge into skills,nor can it realize the transformation of knowledge into skills.The object of this paper is all related to Marketing.On the basis of a large amount of literature review,the author points out the research accomplishments of task-driven teaching method and flipped classroom at home and abroad,integrates task-driven teaching method and flipped classroom of Marketing into experimental class by a experimental method.And a questionnaire survey is conducted to discover the students’ learning interests and learning effect aiming at the period of pre-and post experiment individually.Furthermore,a comparative study is also used to assess the behavior of students,such as their learning interests,learning effect and other relevant causes between the experimental class and the contrast class.The results of the investigation indicate that teaching through the combination of task-driven approach and the flipped classroom mode which has been accepted into Marketing course of a secondary vocational college do enable the students to harvest a good result in arousing learning interest,stimulating learning motivation,increasing class involvement,enhancing professional competence and improving personal quality.As far as the teaching mode mentioned above is concerned,it can meet the enterprise demand for high-levels marketing skilled personnel.Additionally,it can also contribute to the innovative construction of teaching,which can be taken by secondary vocational colleges as well. |
