A Comparative Study On The Developmen Of Chinese And Vietnammese People’s Nutritional Institutions

Ageing is a global phenomenon that occurs in many countries and nations in the world.Vietnam has turned to the overall structure of “population aging”.The number of elderly people in Vietnam has increased.In 2017,boys reached 70.2 years and women were 75.6 years old.With the development of new trends in the new era,filial piety is a kind of old-age concept for children.The concept of Vietnamese pension is mainly based on family pension,which is not suitable for the present.Due to the national economic development,the family pension function has been weakened,and the protection of the elderly in the old age is solved.The development of the nursing home industry is one of the old-age industries that the Vietnamese government is actively supporting and encouraging.This paper studies the current situation of Chinese-Vietnamese nursing homes,using PEST analysis to conduct comparative research through political,economic,technical and cultural aspects.We chose A Family Nutrition Center to represent the market in Hanoi and conduct market SWOT analysis to fully understand the nursing home in the Hanoi market.At present,the problem of the existence of the nursing home is first,the level of development is poor;second,there is no clear goal;third,the knowledge of the society is not high for the nursing home;fourth,the elderly do not like to go to the nursing home;fifth,the government The introduction of policies has little effect on the nursing homes for the people.In addition,the results of the development of the Riyue Xingmin Nutrition Institute in Pudong New Area,Shanghai,China,are based on and inspiration.Finally,the countermeasures to promote the development of institutions for the elderly in Vietnam are put forward through relevant improvement measures.For the people’s nursing homes,the self-development ability of the old-age nutrition institutions is strengthened: first,to strengthen the system management of nursing homes;second,to encourage the elderly to participate in the management of nursing homes;third,to attract volunteers to participate in the life of nursing homes to improve their knowledge;The concept of advanced nursing homes changes the way older people live in their later years.Fifth,strengthen the information management system and supervision of nursing homes.To implement the relevant policies for the government: first,expand funding support and establishment channels;second,guide people to correctly understand the old nutrition institutions.
