Research On Management Evaluation Of Engineering Supervision Project Based On Maturity Model

At present,with the rapid development of China’s construction engineering field,engineering supervision enterprises are facing the key node of transformation.Improving the project management level of engineering supervision is an important means to win the fierce market competition.Project management maturity model can effectively measure and evaluate the ability of engineering supervision enterprises.As a new project management technology,it has been developed for decades abroad,and has produced great value and influence in many industries and fields.Therefore,this paper applies the model to the project supervision project,constructs the maturity model suitable for China’s engineering supervision project,and tries to find a new way to improve the ability of engineering supervision enterprises.In this paper,through combing the maturity model,the research status at home and abroad is summarized.Combined with the nature,work content and main tasks,the development status of supervision industry,and the problems faced by China’s engineering supervision,the paper uses the methods of theoretical demonstration and literature research,induction and deduction,modeling method and optimization promotion method,and empirical research method to study the engineering supervision Manage project management maturity model.The main achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper combs the connotation of engineering supervision,and deeply analyzes the management mode of engineering supervision project from the nature of engineering supervision,work content and main tasks,industry development process,status quo and problems faced.(2)The pms-mm-3 model,the degree of maturity of PMS,the significance of pmm-3 model,the maturity of PMS model,and the value of pms-m-3 model are discussed.(3)The basic structure of the project management maturity model of "two systems,three dimensions and four elements" is designed.The category,dimension and internal structure of the model are deeply analyzed,and the maturity evaluation index system is determined.(4)The maturity level evaluation and promotion path model are constructed.This paper determines the selection of maturity level evaluation method,explains the advantages of this method,describes the steps of maturity level evaluation,and expounds the core idea of promotion path design and the application steps of maturity model.(5)This paper makes an empirical study on a project supervision enterprise,and carries out the actual operation according to the application steps of the model,demonstrates the operability and applicability of the model,and the results are consistent with the actual situation,which verifies the rationality of the model.The research results of this paper have practical significance and are applicable to the engineering supervision industry in China.They can guide the practical work of China’s engineering supervision enterprises,and have operability.However,the model still needs to be improved and optimized in the follow-up research.
