Research On The Evaluation Of The Sustainable Development Level Of China-Europe Freight Trains

While the "Belt and Road" has been built on an innovation road,a green road and a high quality development road,the proposal to promote the achievement of sustainable goals has also advanced the demands of sustainable development from China-Europe Express in the Belt and international road rail transport.In the development process of China-Europe Express,the difficulties in organizing return sources,the inconsistency of national standards and regulations,and the duplication of routes have largely affected the sustainable development of China-Europe Express.Existing research on the sustainable development of China-Europe Railway Express is mainly a longitudinal analysis and canonical form summary of the development of China Railway Express.Regarding the current evaluation indicators of China-Europe Railway Express,it is only for railways,and lacks indicators for the overall consideration of the sustainable development strategy of China-Europe Express.Therefore,regarding the current deficiencies in the construction of indicators,this article will combine the country's strategic deployment and functional positioning of the China-Europe Railway Express to build a strategic,international,and sustainable evaluation indicator system to provide preparations for the realization of the sustainable development of China-Europe Railway Express.This article first outlines the current condition of study on China-Europe Railway Express,the capacity of sustainability of China-Europe Railway Express,and how to assess sustainability.It also elaborates on the relevant theoretical concepts such as the sustainable development theory and the five new development concepts.Secondly,construct an evaluation index system for the sustainable development level of China-Europe Express.(1)The construction of the standard level,It combines the functional position of the China-Europe Railway Express,the theory of sustainable development,five new development concepts and other related theoretical concepts.The same goes for policy documents and paper relating to the Central European Railway Express.(2)Index selection and screening.In the selection of indicators,this article uses the selection of evaluation indicators,as well as relevant policy documents and classic monographs related to sustainable development,to preliminary build a set of evaluation indicators system for this article.In the selection of indicators,In index screening,this article selects a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods for screening indicators,and finally builds a sustainable development evaluation indicator system for China-Europe Railway Express that includes 6criterion levels and 20 evaluation indicators.Again,the construction of the evaluation model for the sustainable development of China-Europe Railway Express.Taking into account the shortcomings of the TOPSIS method and the particularity of the research object,this paper constructs a sustainable development level evaluation model that combines the gray relational analysis method and the TOPSIS method(referred to as GRA-TOPSIS).In the scales solution,the integrated scaffolding method was selected to incorporate the individual analytical classification method and the Gini scales object in the scales Find.Finally,this paper selects five research objects in consideration of the principles of data availability,typicality,and balance.Based on the above-constructed sustainability evaluation indicators and models,the research objects are solved,and the results are evaluated through two impact indicators and comprehensive evaluations.Finally,based on the findings of the research,this paper provides suggestions and measures for the sustainable development of the China-Europe Railway Express.
