As a support industry of the national economy,Chinese construction industry has made great contributions to retaining economic growth and alleviating the social pressure of employment,but there are still problems of low development quality and efficiency,mainly due to the relatively low degree of industrialization,extensive design and construction,poor quality stability of construction products,low construction efficiency,large labor demand,low labor efficiency.There are many aspects of resource and energy consumption.Combined with the gradual reduction of labor resources and the increasing pressure of environmental protection,it has become a consensus to vigorously develop prefabricated buildings.With the introduction of a large number of policies and opinions related to prefabricated buildings,prefabricated buildings have been widely promoted,and many quality problems have been exposed in the construction process.With the development of new generation information technology,especially BIM Technology,it provides a new way to improve the quality management of prefabricated buildings.Taking the whole process quality management of prefabricated buildings as the research object,this paper refers to the relevant literature and engineering cases of prefabricated building quality management at home and abroad,combined with questionnaire survey and field investigation,analyzes the quality problems existing in the development of prefabricated buildings,and explores the relevant methods of prefabricated building quality control.At the same time,it studies the relevant theories of BIM,summarizes the characteristics of BIM Technology,compares and analyzes the current BIM software,and obtains the application value of BIM Technology in the quality control of prefabricated building construction.Through the analysis of the causes of common quality problems of prefabricated buildings,with the help of BIM technology,this paper establishes a model of the whole process quality management of prefabricated buildings based on BIM.Through the participating prefabricated construction projects,it focuses on giving full play to the leading role of design in the design stage,making overall arrangements for the whole process from design to preparation,production,assembly,acceptance and construction,and divides the standardization process into five steps,including data preparation,establishment of three-dimensional model,BIM model collision detection,component deepening design and technical cooperation.In the production and transportation stage,establish a perfect production quality management system to realize automatic production and collaborative management;In the assembly construction stage,the quality control shall be strengthened from the aspects of optimizing the construction scheme,visual technical disclosure,mobilization of prefabricated components,quality control of component hoisting process,etc;In the quality acceptance stage,the application of BIM Technology for quality control mainly includes two aspects: quality acceptance process and quality problem handling process.Through case verification,BIM Technology can realize the whole process quality management of prefabricated buildings and improve the quality of prefabricated buildings.
