Research On The Current Situation, Problems And Countermeasures Of Population Aging In Yangzhou

The population of ageing refers to the elderly population proportion of total population growing process in a country or a region,internationally,the population aged 60 and above are called ageing population,if the proportion of the population aged 60 and above accounts for 10%,or 65 years old and above in more than 7%,the proportion of the elderly population is called aging population society,it reflects the characteristic and the effect of population age structure,its essence is a development issue.In recent years,not only the aging of the population in the whole country is deepening,which has brought great challenges to the development of the economy and society.As a second-tier city in the Yangtze river delta region,yangzhou is also inevitably affected by this stage.On the basis of systematic review and analysis of domestic and foreign literature,this paper analyzes the current situation of population aging in yangzhou,deeply explores the causes of population aging in yangzhou,and give relevant Suggestions to solve the existing problems.The results of the study shows that yangzhou's elderly population is increasing.The aging degree is deepening,yangzhou has entered an aging population society.In this process,yangzhou's economic development,people's livelihood and family functions will be profoundly affected.The balanced development of population is the foundation and prerequisite for the sustainable development of human society including various social systems.Therefore,in the long term,it is necessary to grasp the historical process of population transformation,attach importance to population strategic management,and promote balanced development of population,so as to achieve a more reasonable social population structure.For the time being,it is urgent to alleviate the problem of insufficient social security expenditure by improving per capita labor productivity and increasing residents' hidden wealth.Through the establishment of flexible retirement mechanism,increase the supply of labor force to alleviate the problem of labor shortage;To alleviate the problem of insufficient savings and consumption by developing the silver economy and improving the consumption level of the elderly;By enriching the life of the aged and constructing a good social atmosphere,the increasing complexity of the problem of raising ratio to increase the inter-generational harmony and contradiction can be alleviated.
