With the rapid development of China's society,economy,culture and other aspects,the material and cultural life of the people has been improved,at the same time,China's public security work is also facing a severe test.The related management mode needs to deepen the reform so as to meet the needs of the police team development in the new era.How to strengthen the internal management of the public security in a reasonable and scientific way,improve the fighting capacity of the public security team and promote the sustainable development of the public security cause is a key point of current research.Among them,how to formulate a scientific and effective incentive mechanism,so as to produce a good incentive effect on the police is also the focus of current research.In this paper according to the relevant incentive theory,incentive of related research results at home and abroad for reference,to the current situation of the incentive mechanism of W public security bureau is analyzed,and through the way of making questionnaire for stratified sampling in unit interior and recycling,and finding out the problems existing in the current public security sub-bureau incentive mechanism W and deficiencies.The problems and deficiencies in the current incentive mechanism of W public security bureau include the lack of scientific flexibility in performance appraisal,the lack of promotion opportunities for individual policemen,the mismatch between salary and working hours,and the lack of personal professional honor and disgrace.In view of the above problems and shortcomings,this paper draws on relevant research results and effective practical experience,and combines the current situation of the incentive mechanism of W public security bureau to put forward improvement countermeasures and Suggestions.This paper puts forward some measures to improve the spiritual incentive mechanism from the aspects of establishing a fair and transparent promotion mechanism,enhancing the sense of honor and disgrace of personal career,establishing an advanced police culture,and strengthening the people-oriented management of the team.Finally,the work of this paper is summarized.
