State-owned Enterprise Discipline Inspection And Supervision System Reform And Corporate Governance Structure Optimization

State-owned enterprises(SOEs)play an important role in China's economy and society,and the governance of SOEs is of great importance.Since the 18th CPC National Congress,the Party and the state have pushed forward the reform of the discipline inspection and supervision system,which will involve all SOEs under the socialist system with Chinese characteristics.In such a reform tide,how to effectively carry out the governance of state-owned companies,we must carry out a more indepth study.Based on the system reform of discipline inspection committee of the communist party of China and the background of our country supervision system reform,through the actual research of corporate governance in state-owned enterprises,analyzes the problems and find the reasons,finally to put forward the strategy of targeted,can enrich state-owned enterprises corporate governance related research content,work for state-owned enterprises to improve management.S Provincial Energy Investment Group is a state-owned capital investment company affiliated to S Province.It is an important subject of promoting energy infrastructure construction and accelerating the development of major energy projects in S Province.This paper firstly sorts out the theory and basic structure of corporate governance of state-owned enterprises,then analyzes the status quo and problems of the governance of state-owned enterprises,including the participation of discipline inspection and supervision organizations in governance,and then discusses the advantages and conditions of the participation of discipline inspection and supervision organizations in the governance of state-owned companies.On the basis of identifying the crux of the problems,This paper designs the framework of reforming the discipline inspection and supervision system of state-owned enterprises,and realizing the discipline inspection and supervision organization to be scientifically embedded in the corporate governance structure,and puts forward a practical model to optimize the governance of state-owned companies,and takes S Provincial Energy Investment Group as a case to verify the operability and feasibility of this set of countermeasures.
