Research On The Important Exposition Of Xi Jinping's Urban-rural Integration Development

Since entering the new era,China's comprehensive national strength has increased significantly,the process of industrialization has stepped on the fast track,and the people's living standards have been greatly improved.Therefore,the people's yearning for a better life that promotes "all-round human development" has become increasingly strong.In his report to the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),Xi highlighted the changes in the principal contradictions facing China's society.He stressed that addressing the imbalance and inadequacy of development at the present stage is the main direction of the country's development.In a series of development problems,the incoordination and inadequacy of the relationship between urban and rural areas is the most prominent,among which the relative backwardness of rural areas is the biggest inadequacy.Xi Jinping attaches great importance to the integration of urban and rural development,and has proposed a series of policies and measures,including the rural revitalization strategy,new urbanization and the construction of beautiful countryside,to promote the integration of urban and rural relations in China.The author found that most of the academic researches on Xi Jinping's important expositions on urban-rural integration development only focus on a certain point or a certain field.At the same time,because Xi Jinping's expositions on urban-rural integration have not been finalized,there are relatively few researches on the overall generalization and analysis of his expositions on urban-rural integration development.Therefore,the author takes Xi Jinping's important exposition on urban-rural integrated development as the research object to carry out a relatively systematic study.This paper consists of five chapters,the first chapter is the introduction part,this article through the analysis of the research background,significance and the value made clear in this paper,we study the problem of value theory,secondly by definition clear Xi the connotation of the concept of urban and rural integration development,in addition the author will comb scholars at home and abroad related research conducted to clear in this paper,the theory of frontier,At the same time,point out the key problems encountered in the research process,as well as the possible innovation points.The second chapter is the introduction of the theoretical basis and background.This paper sorts out and reviews the domestic and foreign research trends that have an important impact on Xi Jinping's important discourse on urban-rural integrated development,and summarizes the historical and realistic background of the emergence of Xi Jinping's important discourse on urban-rural integrated development.The third chapter is the main content and characteristics of the part,through the industrial convergence,flow elements,space,communion,the livelihood of the people sharing,ecological work five aspects of Xi Jinping,urban and rural integration development important theoretical research on the general summary induction analysis is discussed,which induces the jinping the popular character of urban and rural integration development and times,scientific and dialectical five important characteristics.Value of the important part of the fourth chapter is mainly on the theoretical value of inheriting and developing the urban and rural development thought of marxism and contribution to the urban and rural integration development of socialism with Chinese characteristics,in terms of real value,mainly is to eliminate the urban-rural dual structure system and the historical contributions to solve the problem of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers".In the fifth chapter,the author makes a preliminary theoretical assumption and research on how to promote the integrated development of urban and rural areas from three perspectives: the correct handling of the relationship between government and market,the relationship between new urbanization and rural spatial development,and the promotion of urban and rural development from the perspective of institutional formulation and policy innovation.
