Research On China’s Urban-rural Dual Structure From The Perspective Of Urban-rural Relations

The issue of urban-rural relations is an inevitable problem in the process of modernization and an important factor affecting the overall social development.On the whole,the development trend of urban-rural relations in China is basically good,and the direction of urban-rural integrated development is gradually approaching.However,the urban-rural dual structure is still the main chronic disease affecting the coordinated development of urban-rural relations in China,and the accumulated disadvantages of the dual structure has a far-reaching impact.It is the realistic requirement of urban-rural relations in China to remove the obstacles and remove the multiple dual structure of urban and rural relations.Marx and Engels urban-rural relationship theory very scientifically and prospectively provides guidance for the reality of urban and-rural relationship in China.Marx and Engels scientifically revealed the general law of the development of urban-rural relations,and pointed out the general development trend of urban-rural relations from urban-rural integration to urban-rural separation and opposition and finally to urban-rural integration.At the same time,they deeply analyze the capitalist society of urban and rural separation and opposite phenomenon,from the system,capital,human development and ecological multiple dimensions criticized the urban and rural opposition,and keenly foresee the possibility and inevitability of urban-rural integration in the future social,explore the basic conditions and specific path,put forward material development,abolishing private ownership,the freedom and full development of human beings and attach importance to the basic position of agriculture,urban driving role and leverage of the technology.The laws of urban and rural relations and the conditions and measures proposed by Marx and Engels guide the direction for the development of urban-rural relations in China.This paper systematically analyzes the development of the history and reality,with historical evolution as the main line,the formation of urban-rural relationship binary structure,solidification,loose barriers and adjustment transformation process,consolidate the historical support of the paper,deepen the gradual understanding of the development of urban-rural dual relations.Guided by the problem consciousness,the survival performance,causes and disadvantages of the urban and rural dual structure are deeply analyzed,reflecting the necessity and urgency of solving the urban-rural dual structure.Then,under the guidance of the theory of urban-rural relationship,we seek the path choice to solve the urban-rural dual structure in China.Combined with the existing practical problems of urban and rural dual in China,the main measures are proposed to vigorously develop urban and rural productivity,effectively solve the institutional barriers of urban-rural dual structure,and grasp the elements of technological reform.Finally,combining with the theory of urban-rural integration to predict the future development trend of urban-rural integration in China.The cracking and breaking of the urban-rural dual structure is a long and gradual process,and the realization of urban-rural integration is also a long way to go.The long-term task is correctly viewed with firm faith.And the correct understanding of China’s urban and rural integration will be a comprehensive integration of urban and rural systems,will be the equal and symbiotic development of urban and rural integration,and finally realized in the communist society in the form of urban and rural community.
