Township civil servants are the administrative subjects of township government departments to exercise administrative functions,state administrative power and perform state official duties.Their work behavior is directly related to the image of the government in the hearts of the masses and the realization effect of national policies.As an important management function,incentive can stimulate the potential work motivation of township civil servants and give full play to it as much as possible,so as to better promote the revitalization of rural areas.Therefore,analyzing the problems existing in the incentive of township civil servants and putting forward targeted solutions have important theoretical and practical significance for enhancing the work enthusiasm and initiative of township civil servants,improving the administrative efficiency of the government and perfecting the public service function.This paper mainly discusses the related problems of township civil servants' incentive in economically underdeveloped areas.Firstly,this paper defines the related concepts of township civil servants' incentive in economically underdeveloped areas,summarizes the characteristics of township civil servants in economically underdeveloped areas,then points out the requirements for incentive due to the particularity of township work,leads to the existing problems of township civil servants' incentive in economically underdeveloped areas,and analyzes its causes,mainly including four aspects:promotion,training,assessment,reward and punishment.Finally,This paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures from two aspects: improving the external environment of incentive for township civil servants and improving the effectiveness of incentive measures for township civil servants.The purpose is to stimulate the collective fighting spirit and strength of township civil servants in economically underdeveloped areas,so as to promote the stable improvement of public service level and contribute wisdom and strength to building a township civil servant team with strong sense of responsibility and outstanding ruling ability.
