The new curriculum standard of Chinese in senior high school emphasizes the main position of students,which requires teachers to change teaching ideas and methods,creating situations,constructing open,diverse and orderly class atmosphere,and to guide students to learn in an independent,cooperative and exploratory way.The three-element integrated guidance model takes the cultivation of core competence as the fundamental goal,which strengthens the integration and guidance role of teachers,and encourages students to learn by adopting independent,cooperative and inquiry.As a national demonstration high school in Guangdong Province,an advanced unit of national education and scientific research,and an advanced school of basic education reform,Guangzhou Xiangxian middle school has been exploring the three-element integrated guidance model since 2009,with remarkable results.After the promulgation of the Chinese new curriculum standard of senior high school in 2017,Guangzhou Xiangxian Middle School took advantage of the trend and innovated the three-element integrated guidance model,which aims to make students improve their autonomous learning ability and thinking level and give full play to their subjectivity in the process of puttingforward-analysis-solving problems.The"ternary" in the three-element integration guidance mode refers to the teaching goal,the subject type,the teaching strategy."Integration" means that the teaching process requires the unity of teaching objectives,teaching strategies and subject-type,three aspects into a whole.The "guide" is the teacher's "guidance",and the students actively learn under the "guidance";the core idea is to train the students to learn through the guidance of the learning strategy.The teaching process mainly includes "two stages and six steps".Two stages are "autonomy and inquiry",and six steps includes "guide,study,discuss,study,expand,think".After the innovation of the three-element integrated guidance model,the students' learning style has changed,the humanistic literacy has been improved and the teacher's teaching concept has been updated,the school has realized the leapfrog development.This thesis is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,including the research questions,the purpose and significance of the study,the current situation of the study,the scope and methods of the study and the definition of the main concepts.The second chapter is the implementation basis of the "three-element integrated guidance model",which mainly includes the requirements and suggestions of the new curriculum standard and curriculum outline for Chinese teaching.Chapter three:the implementation process and effect of "the three-element integrated guidance model" in Guangzhou Xiangxian middle school is mainly divided into four parts:the first part is the investigation of the object's basic information,from three aspects:the school,the teacher and the student;the second part is the constituent elements of the ternary integrated guidance model,which are analyzed respectively from the ternary's elements and the connotation of integration and guide.The third part is the implementation process of "the three-element integrated guidance model" in Guangzhou Xiangxian middle school,which is explained by the text,classroom form,teaching process and evaluation system.Chapter four:the shortcomings and suggestions of the "the three-element integrated guidance model" in Guangzhou Xiangxian middle school,including the analysis of the shortcomings and suggestions,the suggestions mainly focus on the teacher's reasonable completion evaluation,the organizational ability of the classroom,as well as the hierarchical guidance,and encouragement of students participation.This paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of the implementation of "the three-element integrated guidance model" in the subject of Chinese in Guangzhou Xiangxian middle school,combing out the existing problems and giving the adjustment strategies,and provides reference for the senior high school Chinese teaching in this region and suggestions for the further implementation of the "the three-element integrated guidance model",more effectively explores the reform of the Chinese teaching mode and better helps train the type of "learning to learn" students.
