As the aging population becomes more and more obvious,the demand for aged care service talents is more prominent.However,the current growth rate of old-age service talents cannot meet the growth demand of the elderly population,and the current level of care for many elderly care workers is not high.Therefore,it is of vital importance to strengthen the cultivation of endowment service talents.In practice,there is a large gap in the current aged care service talents in higher vocational colleges.Many schools do not have an old-age service profession,and some schools with relevant majors also have certain problems in the training mode.Based on this,it is necessary to deeply explore the training mode of the aged care service talents.This study aims to construct the current capacity model of the elderly care service talents in Guangzhou by investigating the market demand of the aged care service talents in Guangzhou.On this basis,taking the nursing service and management major of Guangzhou Health Vocational and Technical College as an example,through investigation and research,Systematic analysis of the degree of adaptation between the talent training model and market demand of the profession,find out the shortcomings of its existence,analyze the reasons,and propose corresponding solutions.In the specific research process,this paper first expounds the research background of the subject,the status quo of research at home and abroad,as well as the research concept and theoretical basis,and provides theoretical research basis for the writing of this article;then based on the supply and demand relationship of the old-age service market in Guangzhou,and Guangzhou's strong demand for endowment service talents and the direction of talents,focusing on the demand model of Guangzhou's old-age service market;and then taking the training model of the old-age service talents of Guangzhou Health Vocational and Technical School as a case,through the sample selection and investigation process of the survey Implementation,and analysis of the survey results,in-depth discussion of the degree of adaptation of the talent training model of Guangzhou Health Vocational andTechnical Schools to market demand;and then based on the problems reported by the survey results,from the curriculum structure,teaching materials,faculty and training The four aspects of the model are targeted to propose the optimization of the training model for the aged care service in Guangzhou Health Vocational and Technical School.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the training model for the aged care service,this paper further implements the education of the aged care service talents.Good college personnel training policy support pension services,pension services personnel training and actively build information platform to build school-enterprise cooperation mechanism pension services personnel training and increase financial investment in personnel training pension services propose appropriate safeguard measures to improve five aspects.Finally,the summary and prospects are summarized,and the full text is summarized and the outlook is put forward.
