The deepening of new curriculum reform to promote the teachers education teaching put forward higher request,rural school due to the geographical position relatively weak,however,economic development level is not high,widespread shortage of education funds,the lack of teaching resources,problems such as unreasonable structure of teachers,among them,the rural teacher education teaching quality is not high is particularly serious,lead to the rural education is difficult to improve teaching quality and retarding the deepening of new curriculum reform.Therefore,it is particularly important to pay attention to the professional development of rural teachers,understand the current situation and needs of the professional development of rural teachers,and explore the countermeasures to promote the professional development of rural teachers.This research to the middle school teachers professional standards(try out)"based on the questionnaire,the contents of the dimensions of hubei qichun L town junior middle school "after 90" teachers professional knowledge,professional ability,profession-al attitude and behavior questionnaire survey,the present status and interviews with 10 different disciplines of professional teachers,six teachers and 2 students from different school age.Through questionnaire survey and interview,it is found that there are the following problems in the professional development of L junior middle school teachers.Teachers' professional ability is not strong;Teachers' professional attitude is negative and their professional behavior is slack.Based on the analysis of the above problems and relevant theories,the reasons for the problems mainly include the following:the prominent contradictions in teacher training,the lack of pertinence,the lack of development platform and learning atmosphere,the lax requirements of teachers on themselves,and the low professional happiness of teachers.Finally,this research from two aspects of schools and teachers themselves put forward to promote the countryside junior middle school "after 90" the feasibility of teacher professional development countermeasures,mainly including:the innovation training pattern,improving training quality,remove the job burnout,enhance professional happiness,attaches great importance to the job after learning,advocating self-reflection,improve the mechanism of the performance,improve the professional accomplishment,etc.
