"China's education modernization 2035" with the theme of education modernization explicitly takes "building a high-quality,professional and innovative team of teachers" as one of the ten strategic tasks.For teachers,in the era of rapid development of information and modernization,they must have the awareness and ability of lifelong learning and sustainable development,so as to achieve the national goal of talent training in the new era.The Ministry of education's opinions on strengthening and improving the educational research work of fundamental education in the new era clearly points out that,teaching and research work is an important support to guarantee the quality of basic education,however there are still some problems such as the imperfect educational research team,the unscientific educational research methods,and the inadequate condition guarantee.The particularity of teacher profession determines that teacher learning is complexity,multidimensional,systematic and challenging.With the development of "Internet plus education",MOOC have opened up a new path for teacher learning,the Ministry of education has clearly proposed the "Internet plus teacher education" innovation action,start the implementation of teacher education online open course construction plan.However,through literature review,it is found that there are some problems in the current teacher learning MOOC,such as the curriculum content is divorced from the practice,course participation is low,the domestic relevant research mainly focus on theoretical research,focusing on the convergence and advantages of teacher learning and MOOC,lack of research on curriculum design,implementation and evaluation,and lack of awareness of iterative improvement.Based on this,this study took the course of " educational literature retrieval and analysis "on the Chinese University MOOC platform as an example,adopted the design-based research method,with the design principle of "highlighting the main position of learners,innovating the design of MOOC teaching,and building an online learning community ".The whole process of preparation,implementation and analysis of the two rounds of course was presented to solve three major research problems:how to design teacher learning course,how to implement teacher learning course,and how to evaluate teacher learning course.In the two rounds of iteration cycle,we collected the learner information,platform records,questionnaires,interviews,reflective journals,learning group QQ records and other types of data generated in the process,and used questionnaire survey,interview method,content analysis,social network analysis and word cloud,to analyze the effect of curriculum implementation from different perspectives,so as to inspect the intervention model.,constantly revise the model based on practice feedback,hoped to provide reference and suggestion for the study and practice of teacher learning MOOC.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)The key elements of teacher learning MOOC design include specific learning objectives,abundant teaching resources,teaching activities oriented to active learning,diversified evaluation methods,common learning vision,and symbiotic teacher-student relationship.The knowledge learners' mastery and activity are affected by specific activities,empowering learners to participate in MOOC is helpful to give play to learners' characteristics and effectively motivate learners to be more active.(2)In the MOOC implementation process,the course team plays multiple roles of instructor,promoter and inspector,helping learners complete MOOC learning.At the same time,we should actively play the role of learners as curriculum supporter and super-poster to maintain the long-term development momentum of the curriculum.(3)We need to evaluate the implementation results and learners' level from different perspectives,and make it clear that the fundamental purpose of evaluation is to promote better instruction of the curriculum,provide the basis for further revision and iteration of the course;(4)Through the establishment of learning groups,it can improve the learning effect of MOOC learners,overcome the lack of learning motivation,understand the difficulty of the course content,and reduce the loneliness.Besides,under the appropriate normative constraints,it can effectively play the social strengthening and information exchange functions of the online learning community.
