Evaluation Of Teacher's Role In Junior High School

The role of teachers in practice plays a crucial role in the realization of educational purposes,the smooth development of teaching and the effective management and utilization of educational resources.In reality,most of the teacher-student conflicts,home-school contradictions and unsatisfactory teaching effects are directly related to the inappropriate cognition,inaccurate positioning,untimely conversion and ineffective acting of teachers' roles.This study is based on the perspective of students,parents and teachers group,from the attitude and quality,teaching management and interactive three dimensions to evalue the teachers' role play.By comparing and analysising the relationship between mean value,standard deviation,the relationship between demographic variables and scores and the influencing factors,it is found that:On the whole,the three groups give high evaluation to the role of teachers in junior high school.The teacher group has the highest average score and the lowest standard deviation.The parent group scores the lowest in the dimension of attitude quality.The higher the grade of students is,the lower the score of the teacher's role in teaching management will be.The higher the parents' educational background is,the lower the teacher's role performance score will be.The occupation of parents has a significant impact on the role performance score of teachers' attitude quality.Teachers' monthly salary has a significant influence on the scores of teaching management and interactive communication.The performance of teachers' attitude and quality has a significant influence on the scores of students,parents and themselves in other dimensions,which indicates that the improvement of attitude and quality plays an extremely important role in the adjustment and improvement of teachers' role.In view of the problems reflected by the questionnaire analysis,the suggestions of this study are as follows: the education authorities should improve the teacher salary system,innovate the teacher education curriculum model,strengthen the publicity and supervision,and guide the correct public opinion;The school should promote the construction of teacher culture,improve the management system,optimize the school's ecological environment,and pool the educational strength;Teachers should enhance their role adaptability,pay attention to professional development,cultivate positive psychological quality,focus on effective teaching and the ability to coordinate interpersonal relations.The parents should establish the senseof boundary,take the cooperation and mutual assistance as the goal,treat the public opinion rationally;While focusing on study,students should actively learn excellent personality traits,develop active study habits and improve the ability to solve problems.
