With the comprehensive deepening of the reform of the national education curriculum,it is required that in the specific implementation of the basic education curriculum,the former indoctrination education and the transmission that knowledge only be paid high attention in the teaching process should be changed,students' active learning attitude should be paid more attention,and students' interest and ability of independent learning should be cultivated.High school physical education and health curriculum standards require students to learn at least one or two items in three years,and to be able to adhere to use it in life for a long time.In order to better implement the teaching objectives,it is suggested to implement the optional teaching in high school physical education and health courses.According to the curriculum standard,this study proposed the alternative teaching mode and the alternative teaching mode in the class to do research.The experiment was divided into experimental group and control group.Research methods such as literature review,interview,experiment,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis were adopted to study and analyze the theoretical basis,influencing factors,sports ability,healthy behavior and teacher-student relationship of in-class optional teaching.The research results are as follows:1 The sports that students are interested in are mainly ball games.Basketball and badminton are the most popular sports among students,while football,one of the three big balls,is not popular.2 After the experiment,the understanding of in-class optional teaching was deepened and supported by headmasters.3 Students' physical quality and motor skills have been significantly improved through the in-class teaching.The results were better in the 50 meters,standing long jump,800/1000 meters,weight,pull-up and sit-ups,and students were more likely to show good and excellent performance in these events.4 The optional teaching in class can better promote the formation of students' good health behavior,improve students' active degree in PE class,increase students' investment in PE class,and they participate in extracurricular sports more frequently.5 The in-class optional teaching is more conducive to the improvement of students' interest in physical education and motivation for physical exercise.It can shorten the emotional distance between teachers and students,improve the relationship between teachers and students,give play to the subjectivity of students,improve the subjectivity of students,make students gain more sense of security in front of teachers,form a harmonious relationship between teachers and students,and improve the subjectivity of students.6.The optional teaching in class has higher requirements on physical education teachers' ability,which requires physical education teachers to possess multiple sports functions.The difficulty of PE classroom management in the optional teaching increases and the workload of PE teachers increases.
