The Chinese co-teaching in the South Korea is implemented by Chinese and Korea Chinese teachers,they cooperate with each other for the same content of teaching Chinese,face the same object and achieve the same teaching goal.The Chinese co-teaching is mainly implemented in the South Korea middle school,On the basis of literature review,teaching implementation and problems found in the communication with other teachers,this paper takes Chinese volunteer teachers as the object to conduct questionnaire survey and interview,and mainly investigates and analyzes the situation of Chinese volunteer teachers,the South Korean Chinese language teachers,the co-teaching of both teachers and the influence factors of the Chinese co-teaching.On the basis of the questionnaire,some volunteer teachers were interviewed more detailed and comprehensively about the volunteer teachers' attitude of Chinese co-teaching in South Korea,the problems,some suggestions and the influence factors of Chinese co-teaching in South Korea.Based on the results of questionnaires and interviews,this paper summarizes and analyzes the current situation of Chinese cooperative teaching in South Korea,on the one hand discusses and analyzes advantages and problems of Chinese co-teaching in South Korea,on the other hand according to the result of questionnaire and interviews summarizes the factors that affect Chinese co-teaching in South Korea: teachers' cooperative consciousness,communication between two teachers and South Korea teachers' cognition and understanding of China have big influences to Chinese co-teaching;teachers' professional level,class activities,the motivation of students learning Chinese and Korean society's attitude toward Chinese,etc.It can also produce certain effect.The last,in view of the problems and the influence factors of Chinese co-teaching,this paper puts forward some suggestions to the relevant personnel and administrative agencies participating in Chinese co-teaching in South Korea,hoping to promote Chinese co-teaching in South Korea and achieve better teaching results to a certain extent.
