As the reform of the college entrance examination has been carried out on a pilot basis in Zhejiang and Shanghai and has been carried out in many provinces,Liaoning has officially adopted the new college entrance examination program from the first year of high school in autumn 2018.The reform of the college entrance examination respects the personality traits and independent choices of high school students,and endows them with more independent space for career planning,which also marks that the career education of ordinary high schools has entered a new era.It is worth studying how to take subject teaching as the main position and subject teachers as the core force to promote career education.As the basic subject of natural science,biology contains abundant career education resources and has the unique advantage of subject infiltration career education.The infiltration of career education through biology teaching is not only conducive to the implementation of career education in high school,but also an excellent channel to cultivate the core competencies of biology,which has a far-reaching impact on the development of students' future career.In this study,the author combed the related theory of career education,introduced the United States,Australia,Britain,Japan,the four developed countries,the implementation of career education,discusses the historical evolution of career education in our country and the present situation of the study and implementation of high school career education,summarizes the principles that should be followed in the infiltration career education in biology teaching in senior high school,investigates the status and effect of career education in biology teaching in ordinary senior high schools of Liaoning province,and compares the schools with different degrees of career education.Through the investigation and analysis,the author got the following conclusions: the implementation of ordinary high school career education in Liaoning province appears polarization,schools with different degrees of career education have large gaps in the standardized level of career education management,the emphasis on career education,the professional level of teachers' career education,and the richness of the forms of career education,which will have a significant impact on students' self-assessment,occupational cognition and career planning ability.The vast majority of biology teachers all think it is necessary and feasible to carry out career education in biology teaching in senior high school.The concept of career development guided by core qualities has a prominent advantage in enhancing students' ability and quality requirements for future career choices.Under the background of the reform of college entrance examination,the demand for career planning and guidance among high school students has risen sharply.At present,it is urgent for ordinary high schools to establish a scientific and effective career education model and career guidance system.The sample school materials collected in the investigation process were sorted out and processed to form typical teaching cases that infiltrated career education in biology teaching.Through sorting out its teaching design and analyzing its teaching behaviors and intentions,this study presents three types of case analysis,which are based on establishing the concept of life,cultivating scientific thinking and feeling social responsibility.Finally,some effective strategies are put forward to infiltrate career education into biology teaching in senior high school: Improve the school career education emphasis and standardized management level;Enhance the career education consciousness and professional skills of teachers;Follow the philosophy of guiding career development with core qualities;Establish the collaborative education model of "school-enterprise-family".
