Career Education Implementation Experience And Push Strategies In Ordinary High School

Career education is a kind of education reform theory and practice, which is the lifelong career development of the individual, helping the cognition of career, the exploration of career, the plan of career and the decision-making of career and other concrete, so as to make individual familiar with social value of the directional occupations, apply these value to life, and finally make oneself live for their own characteristics and meaningful happiness life. The development of career in high school can help students know about the states of there career development, so as to promote there career development to provide directions for promote and employment, to stimulate the motivation of learning, and to the quality of teaching.The study attempts to discuss how to explore the career development in ordinary high school in China. Case study is the mainly form of this study. Two high schools which are well developed career education have been adopted as cases, using investigation method to study the concrete practice conditions of the career education. I Hope that this way can find some good education of the career experience, and analyze some basic problems in the development of career education in high school with combination of theory and practice, and finally put forward to some feasible advice to the career education in high school.Through the research, I found it should make full use of teacher resources to develop career education; Combine the moral education with it; Expand the independent spaces of students; Try to get the support of leaders; Adopt different ways to develop career education in different schools. In addition, it is important to focus on training teachers the consciousness of career education; Pay high attention to the functions of the experience in the teaching process; Joint with parents and cooperate with colleges in career education and try our best to acquire social support.
