In September 2014,the State Council promulgated the implementation opinions on deepening the Reform of the examination and enrollment system,which provides guidance for deepening the reform of the examination and enrollment system,with special emphasis on increasing students' right to choose,and also marks the official opening of the new college entrance examination reform.In June 2019,the State Council promulgated the guiding opinions on promoting the Reform of the Educational style of ordinary Senior High School in the New era.The document mainly promotes the deepening reform of the educational style of ordinary senior high school in the new era,reforming the key areas and deepening the key links of educating people.get rid of the original inherent ideas and follow the goal of educating people in the new era.In January 2020,the Ministry of Education issued the opinions on carrying out the pilot work of enrollment reform of basic disciplines in some colleges and universities,clearly pointing out that it is necessary to combine talent training with the national strategy,and then select students who are committed to serving the strategic needs of the country.at the same time,students with excellent comprehensive qualities or outstanding performance in basic disciplines.Senior high school stage is an important stage for students to enter adulthood and choose the future direction.It is also the most important period for a person to form his outlook on life,world outlook and values.A series of guidance emphasizes the importance of implementing career education in ordinary high school stage.This study chooses Liaoning A senior high school as the research object.Firstly,it collects the relevant literature on high school career education through the method of literature analysis,and expounds the relevant theoretical basis.Secondly,it summarizes the existing practical experience of high school career education in China,including Zhejiang,Shanghai and Taiwan.Finally,the paper analyzes the current situation of the implementation of career education in senior high school An in Liaoning Province,and analyzes the dimensions of self-cognition,further study exploration and career exploration of senior high school students in Liaoning Province by questionnaire survey.and pertinently put forward the high school career education implementation elements of career education goal design and implementation approach design.It mainly includes improving the guidance mechanism of career education,strengthening the construction of career education mentors,designing career education courses,enriching the forms of career education activities,career educator-school cooperation and social support.At the same time,it puts forward the career education analysis and evaluation design of the implementation elements of senior high school career education,including integrating career evaluation into holistic evaluation,paying attention to subdivided evaluation indicators,adopting a more scientific evaluation mechanism,and establishing an open and three-dimensional evaluation system.I hope that this practical study can provide some effective suggestions for the implementation of career education in this school,and can be used as a reference for the implementation of career education in other schools.
