Research On The Path Of Deep Integration Of Community Party Building And Community Social Work In The New Era

With the sustained and rapid economic and social development and the complex and diversified social governance structure,it has become an urgent need for the construction of grass-roots communities in China in the new era to construct a new pattern of urban and rural grass-roots social governance,give play to the leading role of grass-roots party organizations in grass-roots social governance,and strengthen the deep integration of community party building and social work.In the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,if the community party organizations want to give full play to the role of fighting fortress,they need not only the continuous efforts of the party affairs workers,but also the strong support of the party members and the common participation of all walks of life.In recent years,various parts of the country have actively promoted the integration of social work and community-level Party building,and some new experiences and models have been developed.This paper takes the participation of community social work in a community service guidance position purchased by a sub-district office as a case,and on the basis of relevant literature,by means of participatory observation and in-depth interview,it comprehensively demonstrates the integration process of community party building and community social work.This paper takes the party building work of the J community in Zhengzhou City as the research sample,takes the embedding theory as the theoretical basis,participates in the party building work of the J community in Zhengzhou City through the action research method,and describes the basic situation of the party building work of the J community and the J community.The social workers should focus on making use of their post advantages in the community to integrate with the party building in the community to carry out the reconstruction of the old community.The social workers should assess the needs of the community,cooperate with the party building in the community to carry out the reconstruction of the old community,and timely evaluate the actual effect of the integration after the activities.Through practical work experience,it is feasible to deeply integrate community social work and community party building.The integrated development of the two can better meet the service needs of Party members and the masses,improve the sense of happiness and community integration of community residents,enhance the efficiency and quality of community party building,and broaden the service field of social work.But at the same time facing the fusion mechanism and fusion system lack both relational embedding technique and become a mere formality,the services of the game between the community of social work to follow the community party building thought awareness and working mode,remit imbalance brings the community party building under the party's aura of unilateralization communication problems of community social work.It is necessary to establish and perfect the integration mechanism by perfecting the integration system.Explore the integration of working methods to form a professional service mode;Building integration platform,strengthening talent reserve and other methods to stabilize and broaden the new era of community party building and community social work integration path.
