An Empirical Study Of College Students' Political Skills And Its Influencing Factors

Political skills are an essential ability for individual survival and development,and a key factor for individuals to achieve goals and achieve success in their organizations.For college students,political skills are an important part of the overall quality of college students.It is not only conducive to the establishment of harmonious interpersonal relationships during colleges and universities,access to scarce resources,but also helps college students to establish competitive advantages and achieve career goals.And to improve job performance and gain a career success after entering the job.At present,the study of political skills is mainly based on corporate employees,and rarely involves college students.Therefore,in-depth study of the status quo of college students' political skills,influencing factors,and strategies for cultivating and improving college students' political skills can not only enrich the theory of political skills,but also provide an important reference for colleges and universities to cultivate the overall quality of college students.This paper takes NJAU undergraduates as the research object,and measures their political skills through questionnaires and obtains their relevant data about the cognitive status of political skills,the basic situation of individuals and families,and the school situation.Through data analysis,the overall status of college students' political skills and the main influencing factors are explored.Through research,it is found that the degree of cognition and cultivation of college students' political skills is very high,but the current situation of college students' political skills and their four dimensions are at a medium level,and the network ability dimension scores in four dimensions.The minimum must be focused on training.On the basis of descriptive analysis,the author further explores the differences in the individual characteristics of college students' political skills,and finds that there are significant differences in the political skills of college students in the professional and father professions.Through multiple linear regression analysis of the influencing factors of political skills and its four dimensions,the political skills of college students are mainly influenced by career planning,participation in student organization,political appearance,serving as student leaders,participating in corresponding courses,and guided learning.The impact of six factors.Among them,career planning has a significant positive impact on the overall political skills of college students and its four dimensions;participating in student organizations and participating in relevant courses have a significant positive impact on overall political skills and the other three dimensions besides network skills;Student cadres have a positive impact on the two dimensions of college students' overall political skills,network skills,and interpersonal influences;some guided learning has a positive impact on the overall political skills and the three dimensions except for the sincerity;the political outlook for overall political skills and The explicit sincerity dimension has a significant positive impact.In addition,some factors affect the single dimension but do not affect the overall political skills.Participation in the frequency of campus cultural activities,internships and part-time experiences,and school-related activities will have an impact on the network competence dimension of college students;the pressure of learning on the social acumen of college students Positive impact.According to the actual situation of college students' political skills,cultivating and improving the political skills of college students needs to start from the factors influencing the political skills of college students,and explore the training strategies from the three levels of students themselves,schools and families.First of all,students should strengthen their understanding,understand their political skills through self-assessment,and improve their political skills by planning their careers,participating in student organizations,exercising communication skills and interpersonal skills,and participating in social practice.Second,schools should focus on helping college students improve their political skills by offering relevant courses,providing practical opportunities,and creating a good atmosphere.Finally,parents at the family level should play an exemplary role in guiding learning and reasonable support.It is hoped that through the above countermeasures,college students can improve their political skills,promote the overall improvement of the overall quality of college students,and lay a good foundation for their own development in the future.
