Children with disabilities face more difficulties than ordinary children in their daily life because of their own physical defects, and children with disabilities often have strong self-esteem and inferiority complex, low self-evaluation,inability to accept themselves and a strong sense of loneliness. It is not only difficult to develop healthily but also has a strong negative impact on interpersonal communication. It also brings many difficulties to children's personality improvement, healthy growth and social integration.Rural children with disabilities are in a more serious state of life, rural children with disabilities will be due to economic pressure, low parental education, physical defects and other factors leading to more obstacles in interpersonal communication,at the same time, society pays less attention to the problems of interpersonal communication of children with disabilities, especially in rural areas, and provides very limited help.In order to help rural disabled children grow up healthily, this paper aims to help rural disabled children to improve their social adaptability by improving their interpersonal skills,so as to carry out social integration smoothly.Taking into account the special situation of self-esteem and inferiority complex of disabled children, this paper selects a typical small Z of disabled children in L Town Primary School as the research object.By understanding the background data of the victim, analyzing the existing problems, using the theory of empowerment and three-dimensional theory of interpersonal relationship,we can tap the potential of the victim and help him master interpersonal skills so as to improve interpersonal relationship. After the study,it was found that the victim had obvious changes, was able to control his emotions, began to accept himself, explored his potential strengths, and recognized the important role of good interpersonal relationships.Willing to actively communicate with others, and ultimately have their own good friends. At the same time, the victim also found his own interests, explore personal potential.Although it is effective to use the theory of empowerment and the three-dimensional theory of interpersonal relationship to intervene in case work, there are still some shortcomings in the overall study.First, social workers do not widely use the external resources of the victim and do not deeply link all available resources.
