Each student has his own knowledge background and way of thinking,there are individual differences.In 2018,the Ministry of education and other nine departments issued the "notice on printing and distributing measures to reduce the burden of primary and secondary school students".Under the "schoolwork burden reduction order",there is still the phenomenon of homework formalism,which has caused many problems.In this context,differentiated homework is in line with the concept of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,which has further attracted the attention of teachers.How to design homework according to students' characteristics and promote students' progress and development has become a problem that teachers have to face and solve.Through literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview,this paper analyzes the design and implementation of primary school mathematics homework from the perspective of difference concept,and puts forward relevant strategies.First of all,through literature analysis,this paper finds the literature related to mathematics homework,combs the current situation of homework,existing problems and coping strategies,and analyzes the existing results and the places that can be further studied.On this basis,we understand the content of homework differentiation,define the relevant concepts,and formulate our own research ideas.Through questionnaires and interviews to understand the current situation of homework design and Implementation: teachers will not design different mathematics homework according to the differences of students.There are some problems in students' mathematics homework,such as the single content,the inconsistency between the difficulty of homework and the development level of different students,the mismatch between the number of homework and the actual ability of different students,and the lack of evaluation language for students' differences.Through interviews with teachers,it is found that the main reasons that hinder teachers from designing and implementing differentiated homework are: Teachers' limited time and energy for differentiated homework,teachers' limited resources for differentiated homework,teachers' limited ability to carry out differentiated homework,teachers' insufficient understanding of differentiated homework and teachers' difficulties in understanding students' differences;Finally,in view of the problems and reasons,this paper puts forward some strategies and suggestions from the perspectives of improving teachers' cognition of differentiated homework,cultivating teachers' ability to carry out differentiated homework,providing teachers with resources for differentiated homework,understanding students' differences through multiple channels,cooperative design and correcting differentiated homework,and conducting diversified evaluation.
