Research On The Relationship Between Mental Health And Sports Behavior Of Left-behind Children In Rural Areas

Objective: to understand the mental health status of the left behind children in rural areas;to understand the physical behavior status and characteristics of the left behind children in rural areas;to explore the relationship between the mental health and physical behavior of the left behind children in rural areas;to put forward the integration strategy of physical education and health management in rural primary schools.Methods: literature,questionnaire,psychological measurement,mathematical statistics and logical analysis were used in this study.By referring to the relevant literature,through introducing loneliness,a common mental health problem in left behind children,and adding the measurement of loneliness,the relationship between mental health and sports behavior of left behind children in rural areas is further confirmed.Using the questionnaire of rural primary school students' mental health and sports behavior,the author has understood the sports behavior of rural left behind children,analyzed the mental health of rural left behind children with Chen Yongsheng's mental health rating scale,and analyzed the loneliness of rural left behind children with UCLA Loneliness Scale.use spss22.0 Data input and independent sample t-test,one-way ANOVA,bivariate correlation analysis and other statistical methods were analyzed.Process: from September 2019 to November 2019,this study distributed questionnaires and scales to 1000 rural primary school students of grade 4-6 in Jining City.Taking the left behind children in rural areas of Jining City as the research object,five rural primary schools in four counties(Sishui County,Yutai County,Jinshan County and Wenshang County)were randomly selected as the sample schools in Jining City by stratified cluster random sampling method.One teaching class was randomly selected for each grade in grade 4-6,and all the students meeting the survey conditions were taken as the survey objects.Incomplete questionnaire and non left behind children are invalid questionnaires.Main conclusions:(1)In the study of the relationship between mental health and sports behavior,there is a positive correlation between mental health and sports behavior of left behind children in Jining rural areas.There is a positive correlation between the eight dimensions of measuring mental health and sports behavior.When left behind children are more involved in sports activities in school and full of positive attitude to sports,the better their mental health status is,the better they are Over healthy and reasonable sports can effectively improve the mental health of left behind children in rural areas.(2)In five rural primary schools of four counties(Sishui,Yutai,Jinshan and Wenshang)in Jining City,the left behind children have more mental health problems.In terms of mental health,the number of left behind children in rural areas with behavioral problems is the largest,and the number of moral defects is the smallest.There is no significant difference in mental health between left behind children of different genders,and there is significant difference in mental health between left behind children of different grades.(3)Sports behavior is mainly investigated from two aspects: school sports activities and attitude to sports.The number of physical education classes in Jining rural primary school is concentrated in two to three times a week.All primary schools carry out morning exercises,inter class exercises or at the same time.They have less time to participate in sports,poor organization of sports activities,and lack of sports facilities Can fully meet the needs of sports,in the treatment of left behind children sports attitude lack of guidance,did not cultivate a good sports attitude.(4)The loneliness of left behind children in rural areas is more serious.In the survey of left behind children in rural areas,a considerable number of left behind children often feel lonely.In the study of the relationship between loneliness and mental health,it is proved that there is a positive correlation between loneliness and mental health.When the degree of loneliness of left behind children is lower,the psychological health is better.(5)In the study of the relationship between loneliness and sports behavior,there is a positive correlation between loneliness and sports behavior as a whole.When left behind children like sports,they can feel happy after participating in sports,they can better communicate with their classmates in the process of participating in sports activities,and they can participate in more collective sports activities,the lower the degree of loneliness.
