With the deepening of the reform of nine-year compulsory education in China,there have been some new changes in the training mechanism of school staff,which are mainly manifested in the adoption of more flexible training mode,more reasonable training scheme and more scientific training performance evaluation mechanism.Private education,as an important part of compulsory education in China,has also ushered in the best opportunity of historical development.However,many private middle schools are faced with severe pressure of survival.As a private middle school in Zhengzhou,Zhengzhou XY Foreign Language School is one of the largest private schools in Zhengzhou at present.Zhengzhou XY Foreign Language School aims to improve the connotation construction of the school after completing the development of "quantity",so that the school can gain the ability of sustainable competitiveness and development.In order to achieve this goal,the school has carried out a series of educational teaching and management mode reforms.The current teaching staff training model has been unable to meet the development strategy of the school,which needs to be optimized and improved.Under the support of the theory of teaching staff training,this paper takes the teaching staff training of Zhengzhou XY Foreign Language School as the research object,and explores some problems such as how to optimize the teaching staff training system of private middle schools.The body part firstly summarizes the research background,research significance,research methods,research ideas and related basic theories and literature review of the teaching staff training system based on relevant theories,and then explains the innovations and shortcomings in the research work.Including private schools,school staff,training mode,learning organization theory,lifelong education theory,training theory demand analysis,training theory evaluation and so on.Second,in the case study part,a comprehensive analysis of the status of teaching staff training in Zhengzhou XY Foreign Language School,and through the method of questionnaire survey and expert interview,summarize and analyze the main problems existing in the teaching staff training in Zhengzhou XY Foreign Language School and their reasons.Again,combined with relevant theories,put forward the XY foreign language school of Zhengzhou staff training system optimization scheme,starting from the ideas and principles of staff training system optimization analysis of faculty system optimization,so as to further clarify the specific content of staff training system optimization.Finally,the paper gives the guarantee measures for the implementation of the optimization plan of the teaching staff training system in Zhengzhou XY Foreign Language School,including cultural guarantee,organizational guarantee,system guarantee and logistics comprehensive guarantee.This study has a strong guiding significance for the teaching staff training of Zhengzhou XY Foreign Language School,and plays a boosting role for the school to train talents and achieve the strategic goal of connotation development.At the same time,it can also provide reference for the teaching staff training of other schools of the same kind.
