After the "national medium and long term education reform and development plan(2010-2020)" formally established life education,the government work report in 2020 also mentioned the concept of "life first" twice,so life education has been paid more and more attention by the education sector.Life education is a kind of holistic education,covering all aspects of human life.Combined with the characteristics of junior high school moral and rule of law curriculum,the life education in junior high school moral and rule of law has the characteristics of guidance,humanity and comprehensiveness.The moral and legal curriculum in junior high school has a high correlation with life education in the goal and content.Therefore,the moral and the rule of law in junior high school are the dominant courses of life education.The moral and legal education in junior high school should be permeated with life education.The explicit and implicit life education contents should be placed in the same position,and lively and effective life education should be carried out in the subtle and gentle rain.The infiltration of life education in junior middle school morality and rule of law can find theoretical basis in our traditional outlook on life,Marxist outlook on life,behaviorism and cognitivism outlook on life,and can enhance the whole society's attention to life education,promote the deepening of "student-oriented" quality education,enrich junior middle school morality and rule of law teaching content and help students establish a correct outlook on life.Through the investigation of the moral and legal infiltration of life education in junior high school,it is found that there are some problems such as incomplete content of life education,single method of life education and poor effectiveness of life.The main reasons are teachers' neglect of teaching material integration and resource development,neglect of multiple life education methods,and neglect students' subjective experience.In view of the problems existing in the infiltration of life education in the current junior high school moral and law teaching,in order to achieve full infiltration,we must always adhere to the principles of taking students as the foundation,teachers as the guide,and teaching materials as the main basis.Under the guidance of the principles,this paper puts forward effective penetration strategies: integrating the life education content in teaching materials,developing effective life education resources,using diversified life education means,and paying attention to students' feelings and experiences in the learning process.
