Junior high school track and field teaching occupies an important proportion in junior high school students' physical education.Our country attaches great importance to the training of junior high school students,to enhance the junior high school students' physical learning ability and physical quality,so that students really understand the basic technical movements as the main goal.On this basis,"5E" teaching management mode can be used as a new teaching work mode,focusing on training and improving students' basic concepts and technical actions,fundamentally improving students' understanding of basic concepts and basic actions,and strengthening students' learning basic information literacy and teaching practice ability.The "5E" teaching mode is applied to the track and field teaching of junior middle schools in Xinjiang,to provide new ideas and teaching modes for students,and to provide reference for the front-line PE teachers.In this paper,by using the method of literature information,questionnaire design,survey method,experimental method,mathematical statistics research methods,using the "5 e" teaching management mode to the xinjiang region development of junior high school track and field course teaching,to general Mongolian autonomous prefecture of xinjiang uygur autonomous region korla 5 middle school,the han class one and class two,minority class one and class two object,as an experimental data in the experimental group patients' s year-long "5 e" teaching mode of experiment technology research,the control group using the traditional sports service mode of classroom teaching.The purpose is to analyze the students' physical quality,psychological quality,interest in track and field class and students' physical fitness test results,whether there is a positive and effective effect.After teaching experiments,the following conclusions are drawn:First of all,the "5E" teaching mode is adopted in the track and field teaching of the No.5 Middle School in Korla City,so that the students can master the technical movements fundamentally and enhance their physical fitness.2.The study objects of the experimental group(5E)and the control group(traditional)were selected for a period of one year.Through data analysis,it can be concluded that: Experimental group students averages 2.12 a standing long jump results after the experiment,higher than the mean standing long jump of 2.01 before experiment,experiment after the P value is 0.030,P < 0.05,the mean value of 4.8,the1000-meter run before the trial test after the mean value of 4.46,P value is 0.036,P< 0.05,and can therefore determine student physical quality got a effectively improved,and "five e" teaching management mode and the traditional culture and sports education teaching mode to improve our students' quality has obvious effect to the development of the body.3,the "5 e" teaching mode applied in korla after the fifth middle school track and field course teaching,the experimental group students grasp of the physical quality and basic track and field action is superior to the traditional teaching mode,experimental group and control group in the physical quality of test results show that the implementation of "5 e" teaching model not only is positive,the function of body quality as well as for the meaning of the track and field teaching is positive.4.The experiment on students' learning interest,learning motivation,learning interest of the data analysis and the experimental group before the experiment three average of 32.545,31.313,32.020,after test three average of 32.645,32.313,32.820,after test three average higher than before the experiment,shows that compared with the existing physical education teaching mode,korla understanding the "5 e" teaching pattern in track and field teaching effectively to improve the students' interest in learning,learning attitude and study motivation,causes the student to the track and field learning from passive to active,more conducive to the students' track and field technique and enhance physical fitness.
