The integrated development of urban and rural basic education is an important measure to improve the quality of rural basic education and promote the balanced development of China's basic education.It is an inevitable requirement to implement the Rural Revitalization Strategy and consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation.It is also an important part of the integrated development system of urban and rural areas and the modernization of education.This paper combs the development process of the relationship between urban and rural basic education in China,and sorts out the relevant contents and measures of the integrated development of urban and rural basic education.On this basis,it analyzes the problems faced by the integrated development of urban and rural basic education,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,which is of great significance to improve the quality of rural basic education development,promote the interaction between urban and rural basic education,and finally realize the integrated development significanceBy using the methods of literature research and comparative research,this paper makes a systematic study on the integration of urban and rural basic education.It includes the following chapters:The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly describes the background and significance of this topic,the domestic research on the relationship between urban and rural areas and basic education,research ideas and methods,innovation and shortcomings.The second chapter is an overview of issues related to the integrated development of urban and rural basic education.First of all,the basic concept of basic education and urban and rural basic education related policies are explained.Secondly,it combs the evolution process of the relationship between urban and rural basic education in China from the popularization stage and high-quality development stage of basic education.Thirdly,it explains the necessity of the integration of urban and rural basic education from three aspects: promoting the Rural Revitalization Strategy,consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation,and realizing social equity and justice.The third chapter is the theoretical basis of the integrated development of urban and rural basic education.Firstly,it summarizes the theories of urban-rural relationship since the beginning of the 21 st century,that is,the theory of urban-rural overall development,the theory of urban-rural integration development and the theory of urban-rural integration development.Secondly,from the formation,connotation and value of three angles,it summarizes the education equity thought in the new era.The fourth chapter is about the integration of urban and rural basic education.First of all,it summarizes the policy guidance of basic education resources to rural areas from three aspects: improving the basic education fund guarantee mechanism,rural teacher support plan and rural weak school reconstruction project.Secondly,it summarizes the relevant contents of the interaction between urban and rural basic education from three systems: the school system of migrant workers' children,the exchange and rotation system of urban and rural teachers,and the urban and rural group school running mode.Thirdly,it analyzes the development direction of the construction of rural characteristic schools from the perspectives of building the characteristic curriculum system and adhering to the characteristic local culture.The fifth chapter is the problems and Countermeasures of the integration of urban and rural basic education.First of all,it points out that the basic education in urban and rural areas of our country is faced with the problems of the lack of rationality in the allocation of rural basic education resources,the difficulty in forming a benign interaction between urban and rural basic education schools,and the misunderstanding in the construction of rural characteristic schools.Secondly,it summarizes three solutions: establishing a scientific allocation mechanism of basic education resources,optimizing the interaction mode between urban and rural basic education schools,and clarifying the development direction of rural characteristic schools.The innovation of this paper is that through the analysis of the current situation of the integration of urban and rural basic education development,it summarizes the problems of our country's urban and rural basic education,such as the lack of rationality of rural basic education resource allocation,the difficulty of forming benign interaction between urban and rural basic education schools,and the misunderstanding of the construction of rural characteristic schools.According to the problems,this paper puts forward three countermeasures: establishing a scientific allocation mechanism of basic education resources,optimizing the interaction mode between urban and rural basic education schools,and clarifying the development direction of rural characteristic schools.
