Teaching goal is the starting point of teaching design,which plays a directional,guiding and decisive role in teaching activities.Clarifying the question of how to formulate teaching goals is a prerequisite for solving the problems of "what should be taught" in teaching and "what should be learned" by students.In the past teaching goal design,teachers only need to clarify what knowledge students can learn,what methods and skills they can master through the teaching of this lesson,and what improvements they can make in terms of emotions,attitudes,and values.However,with the further development of the new curriculum reform,the subject core literacy goals have replaced the previous three-dimensional goals.As the starting point of teaching design,how to design the core literacy teaching goals have attracted the attention of the majority of frontline teachers.This article uses questionnaire surveys,case analysis and other methods to study the current situation of the current high school ideological and political curriculum teaching goal design for core literacy cultivation,and combines the specific content of the unified edition of the new textbook high school ideological and political compulsory "Economy and Society".Analyzed the existing problems in the current teaching goal design,and proposed targeted solutions,in order to provide a reference for the research on the design of high school ideological and political teaching goals that point to the cultivation of core literacy.In addition to the quotation part,this article mainly includes the following three parts:The first part is an overview of the core literacy of high school ideological and political subjects and the design of teaching objectives.First of all,it expounds the connotation and content of the core literacy of high school ideological and political subjects,and the connotation of the design of high school ideological and political courses;secondly,discusses the relationship between the cultivation of core literacy and the design of high school ideological and political courses.;Finally,the significance of the design of high school ideological and political teaching objectives is studied.The design of high school ideological and political teaching objectives is mainly based on the three aspects of promoting the cultivation of student core literacy,influencing other links in teaching design,and promoting the professional development of ideological and political teachers.The significance has been studied in depth.The second part is the research on the current situation of the design of high school ideological and political teaching objectives that point to the cultivation of the core literacy of the subject.First of all,through a questionnaire survey of teachers of ideological and political courses in first-line senior high schools,and a case analysis of 20 teaching design,pointed out the main problems existing in the current design of ideological and political courses in high schools.It mainly includes three aspects: the concept of teaching goal design is not advanced enough,the thinking and process of teaching goal formulation is not scientific enough,and the teaching goal description is not rigorous enough;secondly,it analyzes the reasons for the existing problems.Mainly from the current ideological and political course teachers' insufficient attention to the teaching goal design,the lack of teaching goal design theory,the lack of summary of practical experience,and the insufficient effort of some ideological and political course teachers to design the teaching goal,reveal the root of the problem.The third part is the study of countermeasures to improve the design of teaching objectives of ideological and political courses in high school.First,it summarizes the three principles of the design of high school ideological and political teaching objectives that point to the cultivation of core literacy: comprehensiveness,difference,and the principle of student nature;second,it puts forward the countermeasures for scientifically formulating core literacy cultivation goals,and compiles them in a unified version.The new textbook for senior high school ideological and political compulsory 2 "Economy and Society" Unit 2 "Construction of a modern economic system" as an example in the second frame of the third lesson to design teaching objectives;third,the design of the teaching objectives of "Construction of a modern economic system" as an example The example illustrates the description and presentation of teaching objectives.
