Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Teaching And Research Group Construction Of T Middle School In Wangqing County

With the continuous development of the society,the country is increasing investment in education,more and more attention to the development level of basic education.Primary and secondary schools are the main base of basic education,and junior high school education is the core stage of basic education.In recent years,the state attaches great importance to the balanced development of urban and rural education,increases the support for township education,attaches great importance to improving the development level of township education.However,despite the country’s great investment in township education,there is still a certain gap between urban education and township education.A large number of studies have shown that the construction of teaching and research groups plays a decisive role in the process of school development.A good teaching and research group construction can promote the improvement of teachers’ professional ability and promote the development of school education quality.In order to narrow the gap between urban and rural education,especially compared with urban middle schools,the teaching and research group construction problems faced by the township middle schools with relatively unbalanced education level seriously hinder the development of township education,so it has become an important research topic to improve the development level of the teaching and research group construction of the township middle schools.In this paper,through literature study and questionnaire and interview survey of teachers,and combining the pools that county T school work files refer to tease out T pools county middle school present situation and problems of the construction of the educational research group,by analyzing T clear pools county middle school classrooms construction in system construction,personnel construction,target,construction and cultural construction problems of the five dimensions,This paper analyzes the reasons for the problems existing in the construction of the teaching and research group of T middle school in Wangqing County from the two dimensions of teaching and research staff’s guidance activities and school factors,and then puts forward effective countermeasures to promote the construction of the teaching and research group of T middle school in Wangqing County combined with the influencing factors.Through investigation and study found that T pools county middle school classrooms construction in general level,the main problems are as follows:construction of the educational research group system is not sound,the imperfection of the system of the educational research group research,the educational research group without specification system of collective lesson preparation and teaching research system,and the lack of assessment and evaluation system,theoretical study system implementation process to be strictly,not form a good system of the educational research group system construction;The teaching and research group staff construction is not perfect,the lack of training and cultivation of the teaching and research group leader,the selection criteria of the teaching and research group leader is not comprehensive,the lack of training of backbone teachers;Lack of individual goals and common goals of the members of the teaching and research group,the teaching and research group has no clear development plan;Teaching and research activities in a superficial form,the lack of effectiveness of teaching and research activities,the form of the activity is unchanged,the team members to participate in the activity is not high enthusiasm;The cultural construction of the teaching and research group lags behind,the team cooperation consciousness and the academic consciousness of the members of the teaching and research group are not strong,and the teaching and research group has not established the We Chat public platform and the network direct recording and broadcasting system platform.In view of the above problems and reasons,the following suggestions are put forward: First,the teaching and research staff should pay high attention to the teaching and research group activity construction and personnel construction;Second,the school should enhance the awareness of the importance of teaching and research group construction level and system support.
