The National Poverty Alleviation Commendation Conference held in the Great Hall of the People in Beijing in February 2021 represents my country's overall victory in the poverty alleviation battle.In this great battle,education and targeted poverty alleviation have contributed a lot.In the process of carrying out targeted poverty alleviation through education,it was found that there were low-quality classrooms and low teaching level of teachers in middle school education.Therefore,urban high school teachers were needed to provide help.The development of the country has taken it to the next level.Through the implementation of the paired assistance policy,rural schools and urban schools can share high-quality educational resources,and effectively improve the educational level and teaching quality of rural schools.By sorting out the research results of relevant scholars at home and abroad,this article determines to adopt interview method,questionnaire survey method,case analysis method,etc.as research methods.Interview and questionnaire survey are the main methods used in the investigation.The case study chooses the representative Lichuan in Hubei Province.It has been 11 years since the city and Wuchang Experimental Middle School in Hubei Province signed a counterpart assistance agreement.Systematic assistance measures have been formed and achieved certain results.The adoption of the policy of counterpart assistance can update the principals of Lichuan School The professional level of management can also lead teachers in schools in Lichuan City to learn new educational information technology,so that students can be exposed to more advanced and innovative teaching methods,stimulate students' interest in learning,and improve students' student performance.Subsequently,this article also introduces the basic situation of Lichuan City,selects Wuchang Experimental Middle School in Hubei Province for 11 years to show the representative assistance measures of Lichuan City No.1 Middle School and No.2 Middle School,and also expounds the results of the survey in two parts.The analysis of the results found that different participants have different problems when implementing the policy of pairing assistance in Lichuan City.For example,some leaders and teachers do not know enough about education poverty alleviation and pairing assistance policies,so they are not highly involved in activities.Some teachers are unable to participate in the activities due to the coincidence of the teaching time and the time of the assistance activities,and sometimes the new teaching methods learned cannot be implemented due to the inadequate school infrastructure.These are actual problems.At the same time,this policy mechanism itself has some problems,such as the lack of long-term guarantee and supervision measures.Finally,starting from the actual problems found in the survey,optimization measures are put forward in a targeted manner,starting from the government,schools,teachers and students.The first is financial support and funding guarantees,which can not only increase the enthusiasm of the assistance subjects to participate,but also improve the school's infrastructure to a certain extent;the second is to promote the development of the assistance mechanism in the direction of institutionalization;the third is to clarify the cooperation mechanism Establish mutual help and mutual assistance groups,which are detailed in various fields;the fourth is to increase the opportunities for direct exchanges between students and encourage urban and rural students to study harder;the fifth is to improve the supervision,incentive and evaluation mechanisms to improve the quality of assistance activities.
