With the deepening of the new curriculum reform,the effective teaching of primary school mathematics has become the important work of current mathematics education.As a critical period for the development of students' mathematical thinking,teachers should not only teach students basic knowledge,but also promote the development of each student's mathematical thinking,so as to realize"teaching" and "learning" in the real sense.At present,the primary school mathematics teaching still takes the score as the only measurement standard of teachers' effective "teaching" and students' effective"learning",which makes the students' mathematical thinking ability poor and innovation ability weak,which can not meet the needs of the current society for talents.Therefore,under the background of the new curriculum reform,it is particularly important to actively explore the effective teaching of high grade mathematics in primary schools.Based on the theories of education and psychology,this study analyzes the effective situation of high level mathematics teaching in S Primary School in Yinchuan City by using the methods of questionnaire survey,interview and classroom observation on the basis of the preliminary practical investigation.First of all,through the questionnaire survey and teacher interview of senior grade students and mathematics teachers in Yinchuan S Primary School to understand the actual situation,and through classroom observation and comparison of two teachers with different teaching styles of the teaching example "using letters to represent numbers".This paper analyzes the current situation of effective mathematics teaching in S Primary School in Yinchuan City from five aspects:achieving teaching objectives,strong teaching monitoring ability,high class participation,reasonable use of teaching media,scientific teaching evaluation and teaching reflection.Secondly,based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation and classroom observation and analysis,it is found that there are many problems in the effective teaching of high level mathematics in primary schools,such as unclear teaching target positioning,insufficient teaching monitoring ability,low class participation,single use of teaching media,incomplete teaching evaluation and weak teaching reflection consciousness.Through attribution analysis,it is concluded that there is a strong relationship between teaching preparation,inadequate classroom control ability,insufficient attention to students' learning needs,insufficient attention to teaching media,incomplete teaching evaluation,and weak awareness of teaching reflection.Finally,in view of the problems existing in the current situation of effective mathematics teaching in primary schools and attribution analysis,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.First,the optimization strategy of teaching objectives:teachers delve into the curriculum standard to clarify the teaching objectives,teachers clearly express to implement the teaching objectives;Secondly,the improvement strategy of teaching monitoring ability:understanding the learning needs of students to enrich teaching preparation,teachers use the opportunity of classroom inspection to monitor the overall teaching;Thirdly,strategies to improve classroom participation:teachers create "error-free classroom" to active classroom atmosphere,teachers flexibly choose teaching methods according to the characteristics of students;Fourth,the reasonable use of teaching media strategy:teachers seize the characteristics of teaching media to improve students' interest,teachers use media technology to promote students' learning;Fifthly,the optimization strategy of teaching evaluation and teaching reflection:clear evaluation purpose to promote the overall development of students,strengthen teaching reflection to promote the professional growth of teachers.First,the optimization strategy of teaching objectives:delve into the course standard to clarify the teaching objectives,clearly stated to implement the teaching objectives;Second,the improvement strategies of teaching monitoring ability:understanding students' learning needs to enrich teaching preparation,use of the class inspection facility to monitor all of the lessons improve the interaction between teachers and students to adapt the lesson content;Thirdly,the strategies to improve the degree of classroom participation:to create an active classroom atmosphere of "error-free class" and to flexibly choose teaching methods according to the characteristics of students;Fourth,the reasonable use of teaching media strategy:seize the characteristics of teaching media to improve students' interest,reasonable use of media technology to promote students' learning;Fifthly,the optimization strategy of teaching evaluation and teaching reflection:clear evaluation purpose to promote the overall development of students,strengthen teaching reflection to promote the professional growth of teachers.
