At the beginning of the 21 st century,the era of information and globalization is coming rapidly,and the wave of educational reform in various countries is coming one after another.The reform of education has promoted the reform and development of students' core literacy,which has gradually become the trend of today's education reform.Various countries and regions have established their "core literacy" models in the field of education.In order to gradually conform to the trend of international education reform,improve the quality of China's talent training and enhance China's national core competitiveness,March 2014 In June,the Ministry of Education issued the opinions on comprehensively deepening the curriculum reform and implementing the basic task of cultivating talents through morality,which clearly put forward that "the development of students' core literacy system is the key link to promote the curriculum reform and deepen the development",so as to promote the development of Education.Among them,the core quality of history is the concept of time and space,historical data demonstration,historical understanding,historical interpretation and historical values.The connotation of the five historical core accomplishments is:(1)the connotation of the concept of time and space is: to analyze and observe things in a specific time and space,and its specific time and space are related to specific historical events.Understand the various ways of dividing historical time and space,and learn to use them to narrate the past,according to the order and elements of time and space,associate the characters,events and phenomena,analyze the part and the whole,change and continuity,unity and diversity of history in different time and space frames,and make a reasonable explanation of historical events according to the dialysis structure,so as to be able to When we understand the real society,we should place the objects of investigation and cognition under the specific conditions of time and space.(2)The connotation of historical data demonstration is: to distinguish and analyze the historical data obtained,to use the credible historical data to reproduce the historical reality;as a bridge to historical understanding,there must be many types of historical data.According to the methods and ways of collecting historical data,to distinguish and analyze historical data to understand the intention of the author,and to judge the authenticity and value of historical data,not only can we extract information from historical data to testify Historical narration can also put forward its own views according to historical materials,and deal with practical and historical problems in the spirit of demonstration.(3)The connotation of historical understanding is to understand the significance of historical narration and its context,understand its rational understanding and emotional orientation,and maintain a sympathetic understanding attitude of history,that is to say,first understand specific historical events based on reliable historical data,and reasonably imagine the historical situation,understand historical things,understand the difference between historical facts and narration,and build on this basis We should respect and understand others,seek truth from facts,and be objective and fair in understanding history and reality.(4)The connotation of historical interpretation is: have the attitude and ability to judge historical things objectively based on reliable historical data,through basic historical understanding,rational analysis and judgment;understand that the same historical things will have different understanding and interpretation by distinguishing historical facts and interpretation in orientation condensed from the truth and significance of history.It is the embodiment of historical value judgment to make subjective comments and judgments on historical facts on the basis of historical facts and according to certain values of oneself.The important purpose of learning history is to distinguish the truth,the good and the evil,the progress and the retrogression,as well as the fairness and justice in history,and to extend the understanding of history to the understanding of self growth and the understanding of real society,so as to be able to learn from history In order to adapt to the information age and the arrival of knowledge economy through history learning.So how to understand core literacy? According to the 2017 compulsory education history curriculum standard,this paper will combine teaching examples,new junior high school history grade seven Volume I unit 3,Qin and Han Dynasties: the establishment and consolidation of a unified multi-ethnic country,lesson 14 "the Silk Road to communicate Chinese and foreign civilization" as an example,to analyze the core elements of history In the classroom.The paper consists of four parts: the first part is the introduction part,which explains the reason of the topic selection,the purpose of the research and the research status of the core literacy,the history teaching design and the core literacy of the history discipline at home and abroad.The second part is the main body,which analyzes the proposal of the core literacy of the history discipline,the connotation and training strategies of the core literacy of the history discipline,and combines the understanding of the core literacy of the history discipline to understand the new core literacy The teaching design of "the Silk Road of communication between Chinese and foreign civilizations" was carried out in the people's Education Edition;the teaching design was reflected and some suggestions were put forward for the teaching design strategy based on the core literacy of history discipline.The third part is the conclusion,which expresses my expectation for the future of history education.
