Class management is an important part of school management.It is related to the acheievement of teaching goals,education goals and fully development of students.It plays an extremely important role in both schools and students.However,in the actual teaching process and research process,the author found that it is difficult to establish a true trust relationship between class members in the class management process.There are many contradictions between teachers and students,students and students,teachers and parents.Whether contradictions can be effectively resolved directly affects the effectiveness of class management.To effectively resolve these contradictions,it is necessary for class members to respect and understand each other,and the implementation of the psychological transposition method can provide effective assistance to resolve these contradictions.This article is mainly divided into the following four parts:Part one:Introduction.First,it says the basis of the topic selection and research significance of this article.Secondly,I summarizes domestic and foreign research related to this topic.Finally,introduce the main innovations and main research methods of this research.This research mainly adopts methods such as literature review method,individual interview method,case analysis method,etc.,with innovations in research perspective and research content.Part two: Define the concept of psychological transposition,and clarify the operating points of psychological transposition from two aspects: operation steps and precautions.The definition of the concept is mainly defined from the perspectives of public relations psychology and education and teaching.The definitions of Qin Qiwen and Huang Xiting are mainly used from the perspective of public relations psychology.The implementation steps include three points: correct attribution of student behavior,emotional transfer,and regular observation and recording.Pay attention to thefollowing points during the operation: to fully understand the students,to treat others equally,to respect differences,and to have a high sense of responsibility.Part three:The article analyzes the possibility and necessity of using psychological transposition in the management of high school classes.The superiority of psychological transposition method and the factors that accord with the psychological development of high school students provide the possibility to use psychological transposition method in the management of high school class.The conversion of teachers' role in the context of the new curriculum reform,responding to new situations encountered in high school class management,solving class conflicts,and improving the relationship between teachers and students,all require the use of psychological transposition in high school class management.Part four: The article analyze the problems in the use of psychological transposition in the management of high school classes and the reasons for the problems.Analyze the causes of the problems from the perspectives of deviations in the implementation purpose of the psychological transposition method,single implementation methods,and short-term implementation effects;analyze the causes of the problems from two aspects of the deviation in the understanding of psychological transposition by the head teacher and class members.Part five: The write gives its solution to these problems which were talked in part four.It mainly analyzes the strategies of applying psychological transposition method in the management of high school classes from several aspects,such as strengthening study by the head teacher,creating a democratic and equal class atmosphere,cultivating students' awareness of psychological transposition,and enhancing communication among students,in order to achieve Effectively resolve class conflicts and improve the effectiveness of class management.
