| The quality of undergraduate education is an important carrier of university reputation.After the implementation of the “double first-class” strategy,the foundation status of undergraduate education has become more prominent.Universities that are currently at the forefront of the “double first-class” construction have launched new blueprint for undergraduate education reforms,focusing on creating first-class undergraduate education.Local high-level universities are the leaders in local universities in China.However,compared with the first-rate central universities,there are still significant gaps in the quality of undergraduate education among local high-level universities.From “management” to “governance”,teaching is the core and key element of education.The reform of modern teaching governance is the basic way to improve the quality of education and teaching.The quality of local high-level university undergraduate education and teaching is relatively backward.There are many reasons for this,but it has a certain degree of inevitable relationship with the lack of effective undergraduate teaching governance,especially the gradual construction of the governance system and the sluggish modernization of governance capabilities.Based on this,in the context of the construction of a “double first-class”university,it is undoubtedly of great practical value to conduct a special research on the undergraduate teaching governance of local high-level universities.This research is based on scientifically clarifying the basic theories of local high-level universities and the basic theories of undergraduate teaching governance,using the principles of governance theory,system theory,and applying empirical research methods such as questionnaire surveys and interviews.From the aspects of governance philosophy,governance system,governance structure,governance mechanism,etc.,we have a comprehensive understanding of the current status of undergraduate teaching governance in local high-level universities,and revealed the problems of undergraduate teaching governance in local high-level universities,namely undergraduate teaching.The concept of governance is relatively backward,the undergraduate teaching governance system is not guaranteed,the undergraduate teaching governance structure is not reasonable,and the undergraduate teaching governance mechanism needs to be improved.Aiming at the problems of localhigh-level university undergraduate teaching governance,it is proposed that the traditional management thinking should be reformed and a scientific governance concept should be established;the development of students should be oriented to improve the teaching governance system;optimize the teaching governance structure and reshape the relationship between teaching power and responsibility;improve teaching governance mechanism to promote the orderly operation of teaching;further optimize the undergraduate teaching management system of local high-level universities,and use this to focus on improving the quality of local high-level university undergraduate teaching,and consolidate the foundation of “double first-class” universities. |
