A Study On The Psychological Problems And Social Work Intervention Of Female Community Correctors In The Process Of Resocialization

Based on the project " Community correction activities in M Street " of J District Judicial Bureau of Nanjing City,this paper takes a female community corrector in M Street B Judicial Institute of Nanjing City as the research object,takes qualitative research as the orientation,adopts semi-structured interview and participatory observation method,and takes psychosocial treatment mode as the theoretical guidance,respectively from the individual level and environmental level,reveals the female community correction.There are some psychological problems in the process of re socialization,such as inferiority and depression,sensitivity and suspicion,low cognitive ability and dependence,and poor emotional control.Based on description,exploration and analysis,this paper makes an exploratory analysis on the physiological and psychological,social support,interpersonal relationship and other individual and environmental systems of female community correctors.The author recommended by the judicial office,the case owner actively asked for help,intervened in Z of B judicial office,tested the psychological health(Exxon emotional stability scale),comprehensive diagnosis of interpersonal relationship and social support scale,so as to evaluate the current situation of the case owner and explore the causes.Under the guidance of psychosocial treatment mode,direct intervention should be carried out at the individual level of the case owner,and indirect intervention should be carried out at the environmental level to provide a good and hierarchical environment for the case owner,so as to alleviate and improve the emotional and emotional barriers,social interaction and integration of the case owner,establish correct cognition and guide them to face life with a positive and optimistic attitude,and promote re socialization.Finally draw the conclusion: first,the formation of psychological problems of female community correctors in the process of re socialization is related to their own and various factors in the environment,and in the process of intervention,full consideration of both the individual and the environment can significantly promote their re-socialization.Secondly,under the guidance of psychosocial treatment mode,social work intervention on psychological problems in the process of re socialization is effective and superior,which helps to trace the root of the problem and reflect on the applicability of intervention methods.Third,social workers may encounter a variety of challenges in the process of practice,such as the rejection and exclusion of some family members when they intervene at the family level,the uncertainty of the development of the case owner when they intervene,and the effect of some interventions is not up to the standard.This paper puts forward the following suggestions from the perspective of social work: pay attention to the internal cognitive change,improve the support system,strengthen psychological intervention,strengthen the concept of gender,mobilize social resources to participate.
